【摘要】:智能用電小區(qū)是智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中智能用電技術(shù)研究成果實(shí)際應(yīng)用的一項(xiàng)綜合性工程。自2009年以來(lái),我國(guó)智能用電小區(qū)工程建設(shè)已開(kāi)始起步。對(duì)用電信息采集系統(tǒng)、智能電能表、電動(dòng)汽車(chē)充電設(shè)備與設(shè)施、電力光纖到戶等智能用電的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)已有深入研究,并在北京、天津、重慶,廣東等省市陸續(xù)開(kāi)展了智能用電小區(qū)示范試點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。 本文主要針對(duì)頤園小區(qū)智能用電示范建設(shè)項(xiàng)目展開(kāi)。以項(xiàng)目建設(shè)涉及的智能用電通信技術(shù)、智能交互設(shè)備技術(shù)、小區(qū)智能用電服務(wù)軟件系統(tǒng)、智能用電采集主站、小區(qū)管理主站平臺(tái)等技術(shù)為理論依據(jù),全面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了深入分析和研究。介紹了項(xiàng)目工程中用電信息采集、三網(wǎng)融合、用電服務(wù)互動(dòng)、示范分布式光伏發(fā)電、智能家居等系統(tǒng)功能需求。根據(jù)小區(qū)智能用電示范建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了智能用電小區(qū)綜合能效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,指標(biāo)體系從智能用電小區(qū)的配電智能化、用電智能化、居民用戶側(cè)三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析。運(yùn)用層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)該小區(qū)智能用電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的綜合能效進(jìn)行了全面分析和評(píng)估。通過(guò)綜合評(píng)價(jià),可以實(shí)時(shí)了解自身的能耗情況和能效水平,降低能耗、節(jié)約用電,最終為用戶需求側(cè)響應(yīng)和節(jié)能降耗提供決策性依據(jù)。通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)分析結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)提出了小區(qū)具體運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。為智能用電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的推廣和應(yīng)用奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Intelligent power district is a comprehensive project in the process of intelligent power grid development. Since 2009, the construction of intelligent power district in China has started. The key technologies of intelligent electric energy meter, electric vehicle charging equipment and facilities, electric fiber to home and so on have been deeply studied, and pilot projects have been carried out one after another in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong and other provinces and cities. This paper is mainly aimed at the demonstration project of intelligent power consumption in Yiyuan district. The intelligent power communication technology, intelligent interactive equipment technology, intelligent power service software system, intelligent power collection main station, which are involved in the construction of the project, are introduced in this paper. Based on the theory of the main station platform, the project is thoroughly analyzed and studied. The information collection, the integration of three networks, the interaction of electricity service, the demonstration of distributed photovoltaic power generation in the project project are introduced. According to the characteristics of intelligent power consumption demonstration project in residential area, the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation index system of intelligent power district is constructed. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out from three aspects of the residential user side. The comprehensive energy efficiency of the intelligent electric power construction project in the residential area is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It can know its energy consumption and energy efficiency level in real time, reduce energy consumption, save electricity, and finally provide decision basis for user demand side response and energy saving. The concrete operation mode of the residential area is designed and put forward, which lays a good foundation for the popularization and application of the intelligent electric power construction project.
