柔性直流配電網(wǎng)的若干問題研究

【摘要】:隨著用電需求與電能質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高,以及新能源、新材料和電力電子技術(shù)的長足發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,傳統(tǒng)交流配電網(wǎng)將面臨分布式能源接入、負(fù)荷多樣化,以及一次系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)龐雜、負(fù)荷調(diào)度及潮流均衡協(xié)調(diào)控制復(fù)雜化等一系列問題。而國外研究資料表明,相比于交流配電網(wǎng),基于柔性直流技術(shù)的配電網(wǎng)在提升電能輸送容量、增加系統(tǒng)可控性以及提高供電質(zhì)量等方面具有更加優(yōu)越的性能,而且還能很好地協(xié)調(diào)分布式電源與電網(wǎng)之間的矛盾,充分挖掘分布式能源的效益和價值。因此,兼具穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性和安全性的柔性直流配電網(wǎng)具有巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值和市場潛力。 本文針對柔性直流配電網(wǎng)的若干重要問題進(jìn)行了研究與探討。首先,整理和論述了直流配電網(wǎng)的相關(guān)特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢、拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體概念,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前直流配電網(wǎng)在調(diào)度控制、規(guī)劃設(shè)計以及關(guān)鍵設(shè)備保護(hù)等方面的研究情況;然后,對直流配電網(wǎng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、協(xié)調(diào)控制與綜合調(diào)度策略進(jìn)行闡述,分析了在直流配電網(wǎng)中可再生能源可能造成的影響,利用PSCAD/EMTDC電力系統(tǒng)分析平臺建立直流配電網(wǎng)模型并進(jìn)行仿真;接著,對交、直流配電網(wǎng)的最大傳輸容量、主要設(shè)備造價與傳輸效率等進(jìn)行了計算與分析,對于尚未實現(xiàn)商業(yè)化應(yīng)用的裝置,根據(jù)其研發(fā)費(fèi)用對未來的市場價格進(jìn)行了估算,并由此對交、直流配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析與比較;然后,提出了一種基于遺傳算法的交流電源接口換流器配置方法,對交流配電網(wǎng)改建為直流配電網(wǎng)時的換流器接入節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行選擇,即在保證換流器接入后網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠正常運(yùn)行的前提下,使線路發(fā)生N-1故障時的總電壓不合格率最;最后,對柔性直流配電網(wǎng)的研究情況進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出直流配電網(wǎng)故障診斷與定位等尚需深入研究的問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the demand for electricity and power quality, and the rapid development and wide application of new energy, new materials and power electronics technology, the traditional AC distribution network will face distributed energy access and diversified load. And a series of problems such as complicated primary system structure, complex load dispatching and coordinated control of power flow equalization, etc. The foreign research data show that compared with AC distribution network, the distribution network based on flexible DC technology is increasing the power transmission capacity. Increasing the controllability of the system and improving the quality of power supply have more superior performance, and can also well coordinate the contradiction between distributed generation and power grid, fully exploit the benefit and value of distributed energy. Flexible DC distribution network with economy, reliability and security has great economic value and market potential. In this paper, some important problems of flexible DC distribution network are studied and discussed. Firstly, the characteristics, advantages, topological structure and the whole concept of DC distribution network are arranged and discussed. This paper summarizes the current research situation of DC distribution network in the aspects of dispatching control, planning and design, and the protection of key equipment. Then, the basic structure, working principle, coordinated control and comprehensive dispatching strategy of DC distribution network are expounded. The influence of renewable energy in DC distribution network is analyzed. The model of DC distribution network is established and simulated by using PSCAD/EMTDC power system analysis platform. Then, the maximum transmission capacity of AC and DC distribution network is analyzed. The cost and transmission efficiency of the main equipment are calculated and analyzed. The future market price is estimated according to the R & D cost of the device which has not yet been commercialized. The economy of DC distribution network is analyzed and compared. Then, an AC power interface converter configuration method based on genetic algorithm is proposed to select the converter access node when AC distribution network is reconstructed into DC distribution network. That is, on the premise of guaranteeing the normal operation of the network after the converter is connected, the total voltage failure rate of N-1 fault line is minimized. Finally, the research situation of flexible DC distribution network is summarized. The problems of fault diagnosis and location in DC distribution network are pointed out.
