MW級風電聯(lián)軸器裝配工藝及仿真分析

【摘要】:環(huán)境問題已經(jīng)成為了人類最嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)之一,尤其是最近十年,能源短缺的消息越來越多的被報道,因此,探尋可持續(xù)發(fā)展,可再生能源是人類社會不可避免的選擇。風能是取之不盡用之不竭,無污染的,經(jīng)濟的可再生資源,世界各地的組織和政府投入大量資金推進風能的研究,這促使全球的風廠迅速增加,風力發(fā)電機組的年增長率持續(xù)增加。聯(lián)軸器是齒輪箱高速軸和發(fā)電機軸的連接部件,作為風力發(fā)電機組重要的一部分,在發(fā)電過程中起到關鍵的作用,它的主要任務是傳遞扭矩,同時還有諸如降低系統(tǒng)振動和沖擊荷載,防止過載,補償軸向、徑向、角向位移,連接和分離軸等作用。本文的主要內容如下:(1)第1章介紹了本文的研究背景和意義,闡述了風力發(fā)電的優(yōu)缺點,聯(lián)軸器的國內外應用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并對研究現(xiàn)狀進行總結。(2)第2章介紹聯(lián)軸器的分類,功能,并以MW級聯(lián)軸器為研究對象,通過理論分析和數(shù)值模擬對其進行研究,用Pro/E進行幾何建模,用Patran畫網(wǎng)格,用Marc分析其結構響應。(3)第3章對膜片進行了研究,分析了傳遞扭矩對膜片產(chǎn)生的拉力和壓力以及膜片受到的離心力,由此計算膜片的屈曲,分析其屈曲安全系數(shù)并調整膜片尺寸以保證其在最大載荷下不發(fā)生失穩(wěn)。此外,本章也對膜片的疲勞壽命也進行了分析,通過計算膜片在給定荷載工況下的受力情況,并考慮了風力發(fā)電機組要在野外工作超過20年,檢驗膜片的疲勞壽命是否滿足要求。(4)第4章計算了聯(lián)軸器在自由狀態(tài)和約束狀態(tài)下的固有頻率,檢驗了聯(lián)軸器在工作轉速和最大轉速范圍內是否發(fā)生共振。此外本章還對聯(lián)軸器的整體剛度進行了分析,計算聯(lián)軸器整體的軸向拉壓剛度,各方向的彎曲剛度和扭轉剛度。(5)第5章分析了端蓋與錐套2之間的螺栓預緊力以及無鍵聯(lián)軸器與電機軸安裝時的螺栓預緊力,討論了螺栓預緊力與打滑力矩的關系。由于聯(lián)軸器需要滿足不打滑的要求,因此本章合理確定了螺栓預緊力的大小,以保證不同螺栓預緊力時的打滑力矩均滿足設計打滑力矩。(6)第6章研究了濕熱環(huán)境形下復合材料纖維筒在純扭轉工況下的力學性能。首先利用單層材料在濕熱環(huán)境下的本構關系推導復合材料纖維筒在扭矩作用下的變形公式,由此討論了濕度、溫度、纖維方向角等相關參數(shù)對變形的影響,再通過數(shù)值模擬與上述結果進行比較,驗證結論的正確性。
[Abstract]:Environmental problems have become one of mankind's most serious challenges, especially in the past decade, when the news of energy shortage has been reported more and more, therefore, to explore sustainable development, Renewable energy is the inevitable choice of human society. Wind energy is inexhaustible, pollution-free, economic renewable resources, organizations and governments around the world have invested a lot of money to promote wind energy research. This has led to a rapid increase in wind power plants around the world and a sustained increase in the annual growth rate of wind turbines. The coupling is a connecting part of the gearbox high-speed shaft to the generator shaft as an important part of the wind turbine. Plays a key role in the generation process, its main task is to transfer torque, but also to reduce system vibration and impact load, prevent overload, compensate axial, radial, angular displacement, The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Chapter 1 introduces the research background and significance of this paper, describes the advantages and disadvantages of wind power generation, the application status and development trend of coupling at home and abroad. Chapter 2 introduces the classification and function of coupling, and takes MW coupling as research object, studies it through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, uses Pro/E to model geometry, draws mesh with Patran. The structure response of the diaphragm was analyzed by Marc. In Chapter 3, the tension and pressure of the transfer torque on the diaphragm and the centrifugal force on the diaphragm were analyzed, and the buckling of the diaphragm was calculated. The buckling safety factor is analyzed and the size of the diaphragm is adjusted to ensure that the diaphragm does not lose its stability under the maximum load. In addition, the fatigue life of the diaphragm is also analyzed in this chapter. Considering that wind turbine should work in the field for more than 20 years to check whether the fatigue life of the diaphragm meets the requirement. Chapter 4 calculates the natural frequency of the coupling in free and constrained state. The resonance between the working speed and the maximum speed of the coupling is checked. In addition, the overall stiffness of the coupling is analyzed, and the axial tension and compression stiffness of the coupling is calculated. In chapter 5, the bolt pretightening force between the end cap and the cone sleeve and the bolt pretightening force between the key free coupling and the motor shaft are analyzed. The relationship between bolt pre-tightening force and slip torque is discussed. As the coupling needs to meet the requirement of non-skid, the size of bolt pre-tightening force is reasonably determined in this chapter. In chapter 6, the mechanical properties of composite fiber cylinder under pure torsion are studied. Firstly, the single layer material is used in the wet and hot ring. The constitutive relation of the composite fiber tube under the action of torque is derived. The effects of humidity, temperature and fiber direction angle on the deformation are discussed, and the results are compared with the above results by numerical simulation to verify the correctness of the conclusions.
