永磁同步平面電機(jī)水冷散熱系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,高新技術(shù)制造業(yè)向著高速化、精密化和模塊化方向發(fā)展,對制造領(lǐng)域內(nèi)加工設(shè)備的定位精度和速度提出了嚴(yán)格的要求。平面電機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、反應(yīng)迅速、靈敏度高等特點(diǎn),使其在平面二維定位裝置上廣泛應(yīng)用。但是平面電機(jī)的發(fā)熱功率較高,熱流密度較大,為保障其正常運(yùn)行和控制精度,就必須對電機(jī)進(jìn)行散熱研究。傳統(tǒng)的散熱方式風(fēng)冷,已經(jīng)逐漸不能滿足這種高熱流密度的要求,而水冷散熱器因?yàn)槠涓邔α鲹Q熱系數(shù)和高效率被廣泛地研究。基于此,本文針對一種動(dòng)圈式永磁同步平面電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一套水冷散熱系統(tǒng)。針對散熱系統(tǒng)的核心部件水冷散熱器進(jìn)行研究,對于散熱器的設(shè)計(jì)和提高散熱器的性能具有重要意義,對于加強(qiáng)平面電機(jī)的溫度均勻性具有實(shí)際意義。本文首先針對水冷散熱器進(jìn)行研究,基于對傳統(tǒng)流道結(jié)構(gòu)水冷散熱器性能的研究,即傳統(tǒng)串聯(lián)流道結(jié)構(gòu)水冷散熱器散熱效率高而流道內(nèi)壓力損失較大,對泵的要求較高,而傳統(tǒng)并聯(lián)水冷散熱器流道壓力損失較低,不過其散熱效率也較低且通道內(nèi)水的流速不均勻。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)的調(diào)研及科研經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了如何提高散熱器性能的方法,因此為了提高散熱器的性能,增強(qiáng)散熱器的均溫性,本文在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了其他三種新型的流道結(jié)構(gòu)的水冷散熱器,即串并聯(lián)流道結(jié)構(gòu)、雙串聯(lián)流道結(jié)構(gòu)和螺旋型流道結(jié)構(gòu)。為了驗(yàn)證各種散熱器的性能,通過運(yùn)用仿真軟件ANSYS Workbench對不同流道結(jié)構(gòu)散熱器進(jìn)行CFD仿真分析。通過仿真可以得到散熱器溫度分布及散熱器內(nèi)流場分布,據(jù)此分析比較各散熱器的性能,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)新型散熱器綜合性能比傳統(tǒng)散熱器要好,而均溫性最好的是螺旋型流道結(jié)構(gòu)散熱器。最后,將綜合性能較好且均溫性最好的螺旋型流道結(jié)構(gòu)散熱器應(yīng)用在實(shí)際的平面電機(jī)上,首先仿真分析散熱器的在平面電機(jī)上的應(yīng)用情況,然后設(shè)計(jì)并完成一套實(shí)驗(yàn)測試平臺的搭建,研究螺旋型散熱器的散熱效率,實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了散熱器在不同進(jìn)口流速下的流動(dòng)特性與散熱性能,驗(yàn)證了本文提出的水冷散熱系統(tǒng)的可行性。最終,對比分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真分析結(jié)果,兩種結(jié)果保持了較好的吻合趨勢,即驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值研究的合理性,又為水冷散熱器在平面電機(jī)的應(yīng)用提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology, the high-tech manufacturing industry is developing towards high speed, precision and modularization, which puts forward strict requirements for the positioning accuracy and speed of machining equipment in the manufacturing field. Due to its rapid reaction and high sensitivity, it is widely used in planar two-dimensional positioning device. However, the plane motor has high heating power and high heat flux, so it can guarantee its normal operation and control accuracy. It is necessary to study the heat dissipation of the motor. The traditional cooling method of air cooling has been unable to meet the requirement of this kind of high heat flux, while the water cooling radiator has been widely studied because of its high convection heat transfer coefficient and high efficiency. In this paper, a set of water-cooled heat dissipation system is designed and manufactured for a moving coil permanent magnet synchronous plane motor. The research on the water cooling radiator, which is the core part of the cooling system, is of great significance to the design of the radiator and the improvement of the performance of the radiator. It is of practical significance to strengthen the temperature uniformity of planar motor. Firstly, this paper focuses on the research of water-cooled radiator, based on the study of the performance of traditional flow channel structure water-cooled radiator. That is, the traditional water-cooled radiator with series flow channel structure has high efficiency and high pressure loss in the flow channel, and requires higher pump, while the pressure loss of the flow channel of the traditional parallel water-cooled radiator is lower. However, the efficiency of heat dissipation is also low and the flow rate of water in the channel is not uniform. According to the literature investigation and scientific research experience, the method of how to improve the performance of radiator is summarized, so in order to improve the performance of radiator and enhance the uniform temperature of radiator, On the basis of this, three other kinds of water-cooled radiators with new flow channel structure, namely series-parallel flow channel structure, double series flow channel structure and spiral flow channel structure, are proposed to verify the performance of various radiators. By using the simulation software ANSYS Workbench to simulate the radiators with different flow channels, the temperature distribution and the flow field distribution in the radiators can be obtained, and the performance of the radiators is analyzed and compared. It can be found that the new type of radiator has better comprehensive performance than the traditional radiator, and the heatsink with the best average temperature is the spiral flow channel structure radiator. The spiral flow channel radiator with better comprehensive performance and the best average temperature is applied to the actual plane motor. Firstly, the application of the radiator in the plane motor is simulated and analyzed, and then a set of experimental test platform is designed and completed. The heat dissipation efficiency of the spiral radiator is studied. The flow characteristics and heat dissipation performance of the radiator at different inlet velocity are obtained experimentally, and the feasibility of the water-cooled heat dissipation system proposed in this paper is verified. The experimental results and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. The two results are in good agreement with each other, which verifies the rationality of the numerical research and provides the experimental basis for the application of the water-cooled radiator in the plane motor.
