500kV輸電線路安裝避雷器應(yīng)用效果分析與評估

【摘要】:本文主要對500kV輸電線路安裝避雷器的應(yīng)用效果進行分析與評估,重點對輸電線路避雷器的安裝與使用優(yōu)缺點進行介紹與研究500kV輸電線路避雷器,用于保護交流電力系統(tǒng)的電氣設(shè)備免遭大氣過電壓和操作過電壓的損壞,是目前國際最先進的電壓保護器。由于其核心元件采用具有優(yōu)異非線性伏安特性和陡波響應(yīng)特性的金屬氧化物電阻片,與傳統(tǒng)碳化硅避雷器相比,改善了避雷器的伏安特性,提高了過電壓通流能力,從而帶來避雷器特征的根本變化。而且,由于高梯度氧化鋅電阻片具有良好的非線特性、通流量大、殘壓水平低、響應(yīng)時間快和無續(xù)流等特點,高電位梯度氧化鋅電阻片在線路避雷器中的應(yīng)用使單位高度的電阻片數(shù)量減少,從而使線路避雷器的體積減小和重量減輕,有利于其在線路中的安裝。本文詳細分析介紹了高梯度氧化鋅避雷器在實際超高壓輸電線路中的應(yīng)用效果,實際使用情況、安裝維護以及在實際運用中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及解決方案。同時,詳細介紹了超高壓輸電線路遭受雷擊的背景分析,與輸電線路防雷的各項措施及相應(yīng)的優(yōu)缺點,同時對帶串聯(lián)間隙的高梯度金屬氧化物避雷器防雷裝置的試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析,并結(jié)合華北地區(qū)某公司運維500千伏輸電線路避雷器的使用效果進行分析,進一步指導(dǎo)500kV輸電線路避雷器的安裝與維護工作。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the application effect of installing lightning arrester on 500kV transmission line. The advantages and disadvantages of the installation and use of the transmission line arrester are introduced and studied emphatically. The 500 kV transmission line lightning arrester is introduced and studied. Electrical equipment used to protect AC power systems from atmospheric overvoltage and operating overvoltage. It is the most advanced voltage protector in the world at present. Because its core components are metal oxide resistors with excellent nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics and steep wave response characteristics, compared with the traditional silicon carbide arrester. The voltage-ampere characteristic of the arrester is improved, and the overvoltage current passing ability is improved, which brings about the fundamental change of the arrester characteristic. Moreover, the high gradient zinc oxide resistor has good off-line characteristic and the flux is large. The application of high potential gradient zinc oxide resistor in line arrester reduces the number of resistors per unit height. Therefore, the volume and weight of the line arrester are reduced, which is beneficial to the installation of the arrester in the line. The application effect of the high gradient zinc oxide arrester in the practical UHV transmission line is analyzed in detail in this paper. Practical use, installation and maintenance as well as problems and solutions found in practical application. At the same time, the background analysis of UHV transmission line by lightning strike is introduced in detail. At the same time, the test data of high gradient metal oxide lightning arrester with series gap are analyzed. Combined with the operation and maintenance of 500 kV transmission line lightning arrester of a company in North China, the application effect of the arrester is analyzed to further guide the installation and maintenance of 500 kV transmission line arrester.
