基于諧振開關(guān)電容技術(shù)的自動均壓LLC諧振變流器

【摘要】:近年來,高電壓高效率DC/DC變流器廣泛應(yīng)用于直流微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)、現(xiàn)代通信電源、機(jī)車牽引和高壓直流輸電等領(lǐng)域。然而,由于材料特性和制造工藝等限制,現(xiàn)有的IGBT等功率器件難以實(shí)現(xiàn)高承受電壓、高開關(guān)頻率和低導(dǎo)通損耗的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,嚴(yán)重影響了高輸入電壓變流場合的電氣性能。如何從電路拓?fù)涞慕嵌葘?shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新,滿足高輸入電壓、高開關(guān)頻率、高功率密度和高變流可靠性的工業(yè)應(yīng)用需求,是電力電子直流變換領(lǐng)域所面臨的熱點(diǎn)研究課題之一。本文提出一種基于諧振開關(guān)電容技術(shù)的自動均壓LLC諧振變流器。變流器利用飛跨電容實(shí)現(xiàn)對輸入電壓的分壓處理,把原邊開關(guān)管的電壓應(yīng)力自動鉗位在輸入電壓的一半,有利于變流器工作在高輸入電壓大功率的場合。輸入電源經(jīng)過飛跨電容的分壓分流后連接到LLC諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò),利用LLC諧振變流器所具有的滯后功率因素特性實(shí)現(xiàn)原邊開關(guān)管的軟開關(guān),減小開關(guān)損耗,提升變流器效率,并且利于實(shí)現(xiàn)高頻化。此外,通過LLC諧振變流器所具有的頻率增益特性,可以在較寬的范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)對變流器電壓增益的調(diào)整。此外,本文提出的基于諧振開關(guān)電容技術(shù)的自動均壓LLC諧振變流器所需的控制信號較為簡單。最后,本文提出的電路可以推導(dǎo)至多級級聯(lián),從而應(yīng)用于更高輸入電壓、更大降壓比的應(yīng)用場合。本文介紹該變流器的工作原理和電路特性,制作了一個500V-640V輸入48V輸出的1kW實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),并且驗(yàn)證了所提出的拓?fù)涞挠行浴?br/>[Abstract]:In recent years, high voltage and high efficiency DC/DC converters have been widely used in the fields of DC microgrid system, modern communication power supply, locomotive traction and HVDC transmission. However, due to the material characteristics and manufacturing process, etc. The existing IGBT and other power devices are difficult to achieve high voltage, high switching frequency and low on-loss organic unity. It seriously affects the electrical performance of high input voltage converter. How to achieve innovation from the perspective of circuit topology to meet the high input voltage, high switching frequency, high power density and high reliability of industrial applications. It is one of the hot research topics in the field of power electronic DC conversion. This paper presents an automatic equalizing voltage LLC resonant converter based on resonant switched capacitor technology. The converter uses flyover capacitance to realize the input voltage. The partial pressure treatment. The voltage stress of the original side switch tube is automatically clamped at half of the input voltage. The input power supply is connected to the LLC resonant network after the split voltage and shunt of the flying capacitor. The LLC resonant converter has the characteristic of hysteresis power factor to realize the soft switch of the original side switch, reduce the switching loss, improve the efficiency of the converter, and facilitate the realization of high frequency. Through the frequency gain characteristic of LLC resonant converter, the voltage gain of converter can be adjusted in a wide range. The control signal of LLC resonant converter based on resonant switched capacitor technology is simple. Finally, the circuit can be deduced to multistage cascade. So it can be applied to the application of higher input voltage and higher voltage ratio. The working principle and circuit characteristics of the converter are introduced in this paper. A 1kW experimental prototype with 500V-640V input 48V output is made, and the validity of the proposed topology is verified.
