考慮特殊區(qū)段的架空輸電線路可靠性評(píng)估與檢修決策方法研究

【摘要】:架空輸電線路是電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,,其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)直接影響到整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)的可靠性水平。隨著電網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修工作的深入開展,正確評(píng)估架空輸電線路的運(yùn)行可靠性以及提供科學(xué)的檢修決策是檢修成功與否的關(guān)鍵。本文的目的在于提出一種架空輸電線路狀態(tài)評(píng)估及檢修決策方法。通過(guò)對(duì)架空輸電線路進(jìn)行故障模式及影響分析,有效建立架空輸電線路的可靠性評(píng)估模型,研究特殊區(qū)段重要度、故障概率等參數(shù)的確定方法。 論文的主要研究成果如下: ①綜合考慮架空輸電線路各單元及其功能,完成對(duì)架空輸電線路的故障模式和影響分析,確定輸電線路的主要故障模式和對(duì)應(yīng)故障特征量,建立架空輸電線路的故障樹模型,并給出各故障模式概率的確定方法。 ②考慮到架空輸電線路在特殊區(qū)段運(yùn)行可靠性會(huì)受到相關(guān)因素影響,依據(jù)相關(guān)運(yùn)行規(guī)程和評(píng)價(jià)導(dǎo)則,分析各特殊區(qū)段的環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和多發(fā)故障,并針對(duì)多發(fā)故障提出特殊區(qū)段輸電線路的狀態(tài)修正模型。 ③針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)輸電線路檢修模式受人力財(cái)力制約而檢修效率低下的問(wèn)題,建立一種基于集對(duì)分析法的輸電線路檢修決策模型,充分考慮環(huán)境因素的影響,為輸電線路檢修決策提供依據(jù)。 ④給出基于故障樹分析的輸電線路可靠性評(píng)估方法的評(píng)估流程圖、評(píng)估實(shí)例和輸電線路檢修決策模型的應(yīng)用實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證所提出的可靠性評(píng)估模型和檢修決策方法。
[Abstract]:The overhead transmission lines is an important part of power system, its running state directly affects the reliability of the power system. With the state maintenance work of power grid development, the correct evaluation of reliability of overhead transmission lines and provide scientific maintenance decision is the key to the success of maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to propose a transmission line status assessment and maintenance decision-making method. Through the analysis of failure mode and effect of overhead transmission lines, a reliability evaluation model of the effective establishment of overhead transmission lines, the special section of important degree, determine the fault probability parameter method.
The main research results of this paper are as follows:
The comprehensive consideration of the overhead transmission line of each unit and its function, failure mode and effect analysis of overhead transmission lines, to determine the main failure modes and corresponding fault characteristics of transmission line, the fault tree model of overhead transmission lines, and given the failure mode probability method.
Considering the overhead transmission line in the special section of the operational reliability will be related factors, according to the relevant operating procedures and guidelines for the assessment and analysis of environmental characteristics of the special section and multiple faults, and puts forward the special section of transmission line for multiple fault state correction model.
(3) aiming at the problem of low maintenance efficiency of traditional transmission line maintenance mode, which is restricted by manpower and financial resources, a decision-making model of transmission line maintenance based on set pair analysis is established, which fully considers the influence of environmental factors and provides basis for maintenance decisions of transmission lines.
Fourth, the evaluation flow chart of transmission line reliability assessment method based on fault tree analysis is given, and an example of application example and transmission line maintenance decision-making model is applied to verify the proposed reliability evaluation model and maintenance decision-making method.
