堿熔法與固相法制備4A型粉煤灰沸石的研究

【摘要】:以粉煤灰為原料,采用堿熔法與固相法合成4A型沸石。研究了煅燒時間與溫度、堿灰比、液固比、陳化時間與晶化時間對沸石產(chǎn)品的陽離子交換性能(CEC)的影響。通過XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等對產(chǎn)品進行表征。結(jié)果表明650℃下煅燒1 h、堿灰比1.2∶1 g·g~(-1)、液固比5∶1 g·g~(-1)、陳化12 h、90℃下晶化6 h,堿熔法合成產(chǎn)物為單一晶型4A型沸石;在650℃下煅燒2 h、堿灰比0.5∶1 g·g~(-1)、液固比2.7∶1 g·g~(-1)、陳化1 h、90℃晶化3.5 h條件下,固相法產(chǎn)物主要為4A型沸石。堿熔法及固相法粉煤灰沸石CEC值可分別為357.31 mmol/100 g和253.86 mmol·100 g~(-1),達到相應商品沸石的127.93%和90.89%。
[Abstract]:4A zeolite was synthesized from fly ash by alkali melting method and solid phase method. The calcination time and temperature, the ratio of alkali to cement and the ratio of liquid to solid were studied. Effects of aging time and crystallization time on cationic exchange properties of zeolite products CEC). The product was characterized by TG-DTA.
