輸變電設備污穢在線檢測系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:輸變電設備的外絕緣性能對電網(wǎng)運行安全具有重大影響。電力系統(tǒng)中大量使用的絕緣子,其表面污穢并受潮將嚴重影響絕緣子的電氣特性,危及電網(wǎng)的運行安全。隨著電網(wǎng)容量、輸電線路電壓等級的不斷提升,加之輸電線路周邊的環(huán)境污染的加劇,輸電線路的絕緣設備因外部污染會造成線路故障,引發(fā)閃污事故的發(fā)生頻率較高,造成直接經(jīng)濟損失近百億元。并且在我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,用電形勢十分緊張的情況下,因污穢引發(fā)的線路事故造成不能用簡單的經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)衡量的社會影響,而且污閃事故屬于我國目前十分重視的安全生產(chǎn)管理范圍,因此,預防、減少污閃事故的發(fā)生具有十分重要的意義,目前電力部門也在逐年增加對防污閃工作的投入。隨著我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染日趨突出;電網(wǎng)的擴大發(fā)展,也使污閃事故覆蓋范圍增大,電網(wǎng)的安全運行仍承受著大面積污閃的風險。因此,在建設智能電網(wǎng)的統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃下,采用光傳感器在線方式監(jiān)測外絕緣設備污穢狀況,進而提高電網(wǎng)整體外絕緣水平,才能有效地防止大面積污閃事故的發(fā)生,最終實現(xiàn)智能電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃要求。本系統(tǒng)采用C/S和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合,數(shù)據(jù)庫選用了SQL Server 2000,實現(xiàn)了輸變電設備污穢在線檢測。通過輸變電設備污穢在線檢測系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)的建設,系統(tǒng)具有如下特點:采用在線鹽密監(jiān)測點取代人工監(jiān)測點,并自動繪制實時動態(tài)電子污區(qū)分布圖,實現(xiàn)防污管理的智能化;監(jiān)測輸變電設備實時鹽密值,掌握四川電網(wǎng)輸變電設備的積污規(guī)律,進而指導生產(chǎn)部門對輸變電設備的狀態(tài)清掃,以此避免過度檢修和檢修不足的狀況;通過監(jiān)測的飽和鹽密值為已建的輸變電設備調(diào)整外絕緣爬距提供科學依據(jù);通過測取的飽和鹽密劃定四川電網(wǎng)污穢等級,為新建的輸變電工程提供外絕緣設計依據(jù);通過在線監(jiān)測點的建設與完善,減少人員登桿作業(yè)風險。
[Abstract]:The external insulation performance of transmission and transformation equipment has a significant impact on the safety of power network operation. The surface contamination and moisture will seriously affect the electrical characteristics of insulators which are widely used in power system. It endangers the safety of the power network. With the increasing of the power network capacity, the voltage level of the transmission line and the environmental pollution around the transmission line, the insulation equipment of the transmission line will cause the line fault because of the external pollution. The frequency of causing flash pollution accidents is high, resulting in direct economic losses of nearly 10 billion yuan. And in the rapid economic development of our country, the situation of electricity is very tight. Pollution caused by line accidents can not be measured with simple economic data social impact, and pollution flashover accidents belong to the safety of production management scope that our country attaches great importance to, therefore, prevention. It is of great significance to reduce pollution flashover accidents. At present, the power sector is increasing the investment in pollution flashover prevention work year by year. With the rapid development of economy in China, environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent. The expansion and development of power grid also increase the coverage of pollution flashover accidents, and the safe operation of power grid still bears the risk of large area pollution flashover. Therefore, under the unified plan of building smart grid. In order to prevent the pollution flashover of large area effectively, optical sensor is used to monitor the pollution condition of external insulation equipment and improve the overall external insulation level of power grid. The system uses C / S and B / S structure to combine, and SQL Server 2000 is used in the database. Through the construction of the pollution on-line detection system of transmission and transformation equipment, the system has the following characteristics: the on-line salt density monitoring point is used to replace the manual monitoring point. Automatic drawing of real-time dynamic electronic pollution distribution map to achieve intelligent anti-pollution management; Monitoring the real time salt density of transmission and transformation equipment, mastering the accumulation rule of transmission and transformation equipment in Sichuan power network, and then guiding the production department to clean the status of transmission and transformation equipment, so as to avoid the condition of overoverhaul and insufficient maintenance; The saturated salt density can provide scientific basis for the adjustment of the outer insulation creep distance of the built transmission and transformation equipment. Based on the saturated salt density measured, the pollution grade of Sichuan power network is determined, which provides the external insulation design basis for the new power transmission and transformation project. Through the construction and improvement of online monitoring points, reduce the risk of personnel landing.
