【摘要】:提出一種基于模塊化多電平結(jié)構(gòu)的電氣化鐵路不斷電過分相裝置拓撲,該拓撲無需變壓器,可直接接入27.5 k V等級的牽引供電系統(tǒng)。拓撲采用兩相式結(jié)構(gòu),兩個交流輸出端子分別接于中性段與一條牽引供電臂,直流支撐電容支路的中點接在鋼軌上。建立了所提出拓撲的數(shù)學模型,并與應(yīng)用于直流輸電領(lǐng)域的三相式模塊化多電平換流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)拓撲進行了比較,兩相式MMC拓撲的公共直流電容電壓中不僅包含直流分量,還包含工頻基波分量;ǚ至康拇笮∨c兩相輸出電流之和成正比,與電容容值成反比。設(shè)計了裝置級控制策略,提出對上下橋臂電流都采用直接電流反饋的閉環(huán)控制方式,保證裝置交流輸出電流具有較好的波形。利用PSCAD仿真和樣機實驗驗證了所提拓撲及控制策略的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new topology of uninterruptible phase crossing device for electrified railway based on modularized multilevel structure is proposed, which does not require transformer. Direct access to 27.5 kV grade traction power supply system. Topology adopts two-phase structure, two AC output terminals are connected to neutral section and a traction power supply arm respectively. The midpoint of the DC supporting capacitor branch is connected to the rail. The mathematical model of the proposed topology is established. It is compared with the three-phase modularized multilevel convertor MMC topology used in DC transmission field. The common DC capacitor voltage of two-phase MMC topology contains not only DC component, but also power frequency fundamental component. The magnitude of fundamental component is proportional to the sum of two-phase output current. The control strategy of device level is designed, and the closed-loop control method of direct current feedback is proposed for the upper and lower arm current. The PSCAD simulation and prototype experiments are used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed topology and control strategy.
