配電系統(tǒng)中智能開關(guān)柜的在線監(jiān)控及其故障診斷

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)電力工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,迫切需要與各種高性能的大型設(shè)備相配套的控制其安全優(yōu)質(zhì)運(yùn)行的相關(guān)設(shè)備。本文中所論述的智能高壓配電開關(guān)柜集智能配電、遠(yuǎn)程抄表、負(fù)荷監(jiān)測(cè)控制管理系統(tǒng)、故障報(bào)警系統(tǒng)于一體的配電成套裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)配電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)、在線監(jiān)測(cè)控制、故障報(bào)警等功能。為了更好的說明了系統(tǒng)的主要功能及其工作原理,針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行了特定的測(cè)試。通過對(duì)柜內(nèi)斷路器動(dòng)觸頭行程等進(jìn)行測(cè)量,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出分合閘平均速度。然后將實(shí)際測(cè)試值和儀器測(cè)量值作對(duì)比并加以析,從結(jié)果中可以得知此開關(guān)柜監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)智能開關(guān)柜在線監(jiān)測(cè)的功能。 基于RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的專家系統(tǒng)在故障診斷中的應(yīng)用中克服了在知識(shí)獲取和表達(dá)上的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),只需要領(lǐng)域?qū)<医鉀Q問題的實(shí)例或范例來訓(xùn)練神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),使其在同樣輸入的情況下神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠得到與專家給出的解答盡可能相同的輸出。專家系統(tǒng)將其所具備的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、推理等多項(xiàng)技能按照一定的規(guī)則進(jìn)行編制,組合成復(fù)雜的計(jì)算機(jī)程序。在充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的情況下,擴(kuò)展自身的工作范圍,使計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)具備自主思考能力,可以應(yīng)用推理方式提供決策建議。因此在本文中,運(yùn)用RBF神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和人工智能專家診斷系統(tǒng)來進(jìn)行智能開關(guān)柜的故障診斷,將以往的方法作為基礎(chǔ),使用先進(jìn)的智能化的故障診斷方法,把人工智能的方法運(yùn)用在本系統(tǒng)中。將測(cè)試到的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,從結(jié)果中可以得知此系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài),,斷路器是否出現(xiàn)故障及其故障類型,并根據(jù)其產(chǎn)生的故障原理,針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的操作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the electric power industry in China, it is urgent to meet the needs of all kinds of high performance large-scale equipment to control the safety and high quality operation of the relevant equipment. The intelligent high voltage switchgear is discussed in this paper. Remote meter reading, load monitoring and control management system, fault alarm system in one of the complete distribution equipment, remote monitoring and distribution equipment status, on-line monitoring and control. In order to better explain the main functions of the system and its working principle, the performance of the system was specially tested. The dynamic contact stroke of the circuit breaker in the cabinet was measured. Then the average speed of the switchgear is calculated. Then the actual test value and the instrument measurement value are compared and analyzed, and the operating state of the switchgear monitoring system can be obtained from the results. Realize the function of intelligent switchgear on-line monitoring. The application of expert system based on RBF neural network in fault diagnosis overcomes the weakness of knowledge acquisition and expression, and only needs examples or examples of domain experts to solve problems to train neural networks. In the case of the same input, the neural network can get the same output as the solution given by the expert. The expert system will have the knowledge and experience. Reasoning and other skills are compiled according to certain rules, combined into complex computer programs. In the case of making full use of computer systems, expand their scope of work. So that the computer system has the ability to think independently, can use the reasoning method to provide decision-making advice. Therefore, in this paper. The fault diagnosis of intelligent switchgear is carried out by using RBF neural network and artificial intelligence expert diagnosis system. The former method is taken as the basis and the advanced intelligent fault diagnosis method is used. The method of artificial intelligence is applied in this system. The test results are analyzed, from which we can know the operating state of the system, whether the circuit breaker has fault and its fault type. According to the principle of the fault, the corresponding operation is carried out for the problems.
