【摘要】:微網(wǎng)作為分布式電源的有效組織形式,不僅能充分發(fā)揮分布式發(fā)電技術(shù)在資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護方面的優(yōu)勢,同時還可有效解決其技術(shù)和管理難題。本文圍繞微網(wǎng)能量管理與優(yōu)化設(shè)計等相關(guān)內(nèi)容,主要工作如下:(1)綜合考慮微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)組成的多樣性和能量流動的復(fù)雜性,建立了微網(wǎng)內(nèi)所包含的風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)、柴油發(fā)電機、電池儲能元件、電力電子轉(zhuǎn)換元件的準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)仿真模型,為后文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)針對包含柴油發(fā)電機、風(fēng)力發(fā)電機和電池儲能系統(tǒng)的獨立型微網(wǎng),以運行成本最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立了考慮系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)特征的優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型。選取風(fēng)功率削減因數(shù)、發(fā)電機節(jié)點電壓、電池充放電功率以及功率變換器的無功補償功率作為優(yōu)化變量,利用考慮潮流的遺傳算法對模型進行求解。該模型不僅為包含網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的獨立型微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度提供了方法,同時還分析了不同的儲能容量和儲能接入位置對微網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟運行成本、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)損和風(fēng)電滲透率的影響。(3)在介紹了海島獨立型微網(wǎng)的意義和技術(shù)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,主要分析了海島獨立型微網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法。針對大萬山島具體算例,分別采用負荷跟蹤運行策略和循環(huán)充放電運行策略,給出相應(yīng)的配置方案,并對其經(jīng)濟性和技術(shù)性進行了分析。同時為滿足相應(yīng)的內(nèi)部收益率與投資回收期要求,給出了不同補貼形式下的補貼水平,以維持項目的正常運行。最后給出了針對海島型微網(wǎng)發(fā)展的商業(yè)模式及政策建議。
[Abstract]:As an effective organization of distributed power generation, microgrid can not only give full play to the advantages of distributed power generation technology in resource conservation and environmental protection. At the same time, it can effectively solve the technical and management problems. This paper focuses on the microgrid energy management and optimization design and other related content. The main work is as follows: 1) considering the diversity of microgrid system and the complexity of energy flow, the wind power system, photovoltaic system and diesel generator are established. The quasi-steady-state simulation model of battery energy storage element and power electronic conversion element lays a theoretical foundation for the later research. It aims at the independent microgrid which includes diesel generator wind turbine and battery energy storage system. Taking the minimum operation cost as the optimization objective, the optimal scheduling model considering the structural characteristics of the system network is established. The wind power reduction factor and the generator node voltage are selected. Battery charge / discharge power and reactive power compensation of power converter are the optimal variables. Genetic algorithm considering power flow is used to solve the model, which not only provides a method for optimal scheduling of independent microgrids including grid structure. At the same time, different energy storage capacity and energy storage access location on the economic operation costs of the microgrid are also analyzed. Based on the introduction of the significance and technical characteristics of the island independent microgrid. This paper mainly analyzes the planning and design method of island independent microgrid. The load tracking operation strategy and cyclic charging and discharging operation strategy are used to provide the corresponding configuration scheme for the specific example of Dawanshan Island. At the same time, in order to meet the corresponding internal rate of return and investment payback period requirements, the subsidy level under different subsidy forms is given. In order to maintain the normal operation of the project, the business model and policy suggestions for the development of island microgrid are given.
