29種天然染料敏化的太陽(yáng)電池的性能研究

【摘要】:采用超聲波萃取法從29種天然植物中提取染料,測(cè)試天然染料的紫外-可見(jiàn)光(UV-vis)吸收光譜,探討天然染料所含的色素種類。采用水熱法制備了TiO2薄膜電極,用所提取的29種天然染料敏化TiO2光電極并將其組裝成染料敏化太陽(yáng)電池(DSSCs)。測(cè)試天然染料敏化的DSSCs的光電性能結(jié)果顯示,天然染料敏化的DSSCs的開(kāi)路電壓Voc為0.46~0.64V,短路電流Isc為0.07~3.61mA·cm-2,其中山竹皮敏化的DSSCs光電性能最佳,對(duì)應(yīng)的Isc和光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率η分別為3.61mA·cm-2和2.13%。從天然染料中挑選出7種不同吸收波段色素的染料進(jìn)行協(xié)同敏化,UV-vis吸收光譜測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示混合染料的吸收峰一般有微小偏移。光電性能測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,協(xié)同敏化后的DSSCs的性能一般都介于天然染料單獨(dú)敏化的兩個(gè)DSSCs的性能之間,其中山竹皮和芥藍(lán)協(xié)同敏化的DSSCs的η最高,為1.70%。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行深入分析,探討提高天然染料敏化的DSSCs光電性能的途徑。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract dyes from 29 kinds of natural plants. UV-vis absorption spectra of natural dyes were measured. The TiO2 thin film electrode was prepared by hydrothermal method. The TiO2 photoelectrodes sensitized by 29 kinds of natural dyes were extracted and assembled into a dyestuff sensitized solar cell. The photoelectric properties of the DSSCs sensitized by natural dyes were tested. The open circuit voltage (Voc) and short circuit current (Isc) of natural dyestuff sensitized DSSCs are 0.46 ~ 0.64V and 0.073.61mA 路cm-2, respectively. The optoelectronic properties of DSSCs sensitized by bamboo skin were the best. The corresponding Isc and photoelectric conversion efficiency 畏 were 3.61 Ma 路cm-2 and 2.13 respectively. Seven dyes with different absorption bands were selected from natural dyes for synergistic sensitization. The UV-vis absorption spectra show that the absorption peaks of the mixed dyes generally have a small deviation, and the photoelectric performance test results show that the absorption peaks of the mixed dyes are usually slightly shifted. The properties of co-sensitized DSSCs were generally between those of two DSSCs sensitized by natural dyes alone, and the 畏 of co-sensitized DSSCs of carnation skin and kale was the highest. The experimental results were analyzed deeply and the ways to improve the optoelectronic properties of natural dyestuff sensitized DSSCs were discussed.
