【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)DC/AC逆變器包括電壓源型逆變器和電流源型逆變器,它們存在固有局限性。Z源逆變器在直流電源和逆變橋之間耦合一個(gè)X型阻抗網(wǎng)絡(luò),使其有效克服傳統(tǒng)逆變器的不足,擁有單極升降壓的優(yōu)越特性,在分布式發(fā)電等新能源應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合具有較強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在介紹兩電平Z源逆變器的一般拓?fù)浼捌渖龎涸淼幕A(chǔ)上,根據(jù)Z源逆變器對(duì)直通插入的要求,研究了其常規(guī)PWM方法:簡(jiǎn)單升壓控制、最大升壓控制、最大恒升壓控制、修正調(diào)制波控制及SVPWM方法。重點(diǎn)介紹了在傳統(tǒng)PWM調(diào)制方法中插入直通狀態(tài)的規(guī)律和原則,并比較分析了上述各調(diào)制方法。為實(shí)現(xiàn)三電平逆變器的升壓輸出,討論了單Z源網(wǎng)絡(luò)雙直流電源NPC三電平Z源逆變器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),分析其升壓原理及直通方法,推導(dǎo)直通時(shí)間與升壓倍數(shù)的關(guān)系,著重研究了單Z源網(wǎng)絡(luò)NPC三電平Z源逆變器的直通升壓PWM方法,包括直通插入的同向載波層疊PWM、交替反向?qū)盈BPWM及基于參考電壓矢量分解的SVPWM算法。針對(duì)單直流電源電容分壓式NPC三電平Z源逆變器存在的中點(diǎn)電壓不平衡問題,研究了一種基于雙調(diào)制波技術(shù)的中點(diǎn)電位平衡控制方法,合理設(shè)計(jì)上下直通狀態(tài)的插入位置,動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)中間電壓調(diào)制波,在消除中點(diǎn)電位低頻波動(dòng)的同時(shí)有效抑制中點(diǎn)電位偏移,且不增加逆變器開關(guān)損耗。根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)五電平拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),推導(dǎo)得出了級(jí)聯(lián)Z源五電平逆變器、四Z源網(wǎng)絡(luò)和雙Z源網(wǎng)絡(luò)NPC五電平Z源逆變器三種拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并分析了這三種逆變器的升壓原理及直通方法。研究了級(jí)聯(lián)五電平Z源逆變器的單極倍頻載波移相SPWM方法和雙極性載波移相SPWM方法,并設(shè)計(jì)了雙Z源網(wǎng)絡(luò)NPC五電平Z源逆變器的同向載波層疊PWM方法。針對(duì)Z源逆變器優(yōu)越的單極升壓特性,研究了Z源逆變器在不穩(wěn)定直流輸入的分布式發(fā)電并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。采用有功電流及無功電流解耦控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)高功率因數(shù)并網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:The traditional DC/AC inverter includes voltage source inverter and current source inverter. They have inherent limitation. Z source inverter coupling an X type impedance network between DC power supply and inverter bridge. It can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional inverter and has the superior characteristics of unipolar voltage lifting. It has a strong advantage in new energy applications such as distributed generation. On the basis of introducing the general topology and boost principle of two-level Z-source inverter, according to the requirements of Z-source inverter for direct insertion. The conventional PWM methods are studied: simple boost control, maximum boost control, maximum constant pressure control. Modified modulation wave control and SVPWM method. The rule and principle of inserting through state in traditional PWM modulation method are introduced emphatically. In order to realize the boost output of three-level inverter, the topology structure of NPC three-level Z-source inverter with single Z-source network and dual-DC power supply is discussed. Based on the analysis of the principle and method of booster, the relationship between direct-through time and boost multiple is deduced, and the PWM method for three-level NPC three-level Z-source inverter with single Z-source network is studied emphatically. A codirectional carrier stacked PWM including direct-through insertion is included. Alternating reverse stack PWM and SVPWM algorithm based on reference voltage vector decomposition. The neutral-point voltage imbalance of single-DC power supply capacitive split voltage NPC three-level Z-source inverter is discussed. In this paper, a control method of midpoint potential balance based on dual-modulation wave technology is studied. The insertion position of the up-down through state is reasonably designed and the intermediate voltage modulated wave is dynamically adjusted. In order to eliminate the low frequency fluctuation of neutral point potential and effectively suppress the offset of neutral point potential without increasing the switching loss of the inverter, the cascaded Z-source five-level inverter is derived according to the traditional five-level topology. There are three topologies for four-Z source network and dual-Z-source network NPC five-level Z-source inverter. The boost principle and direct-through method of these three kinds of inverters are analyzed. The single-pole frequency-doubling carrier phase-shifted SPWM method and bipolar carrier phase-shifted SPWM method of cascaded five-level Z-source inverter are studied. The codirectional carrier stacked PWM method for NPC five-level Z-source inverter with dual Z-source network is designed. The application of Z-source inverter in the distributed grid-connected generation system with unstable DC input is studied. The active and reactive current decoupling control is used to realize the grid-connected system with high power factor.
