【摘要】:本文提出設計一種精密空調風機用的永磁無刷直流電機,通過提高電機效率、靈活調速以調節(jié)空調風量從而實現(xiàn)節(jié)能和降低產(chǎn)品成本和運營成本的目標。近年來,隨著電力電子技術、永磁材料科學和現(xiàn)代控制理論等的快速進步,永磁無刷直流電機迅速發(fā)展、成熟起來,并已在工業(yè)上大規(guī)模應用。永磁無刷直流電機用的是一套電子換向裝置,這樣既消除了機械換向帶來的維護頻繁、有火花、有噪音和電磁干擾大等一系列問題,又具備了直流電機的調速性能好、運行效率高等諸多優(yōu)點,因此在相關領域里得到了廣泛應用。本文首先結合永磁無刷直流電機的本體結構、工作原理和數(shù)學模型等分析了設計風機用外轉子永磁無刷直流電機的永磁體材料選擇、永磁體結構、繞組分布、極弧系數(shù)等參數(shù)。結合電機的傳統(tǒng)設計方法和有限元分析理論,應用ANSYS Maxwell軟件設計出一款外轉子永磁無刷直流電機。確定了電機定子參數(shù):外徑、內徑及槽數(shù),電機轉子參數(shù):外徑、內徑、極數(shù),氣隙寬度,定子繞組三相“Y”型,有限元相關參數(shù)的設置等。對電機的靜磁場、瞬態(tài)特性、起動時的轉矩及電流、反電勢、電感參數(shù)與電流及功率的關系等進行了有限元仿真分析。針對永磁無刷直流電機固有的齒槽轉矩現(xiàn)象經(jīng)行分析,在不改變電機結構的基礎上,提出了幾種適合于風機用電機的有效削弱齒槽轉矩的方法,并運用ANSYS Maxwell軟件進行了仿真分析。最后,對試驗樣機經(jīng)行了節(jié)能測試、噪聲測試,以驗證電機設計的正確性、經(jīng)濟性、實用性等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a kind of permanent magnet brushless DC motor for precision air-conditioner fan is designed, and the efficiency of the motor is improved. In recent years, with the rapid progress of power electronics technology, permanent magnet material science and modern control theory, the goals of energy saving and reducing product cost and operation cost can be realized by adjusting air flow rate of air conditioning system. Permanent magnet brushless DC motor has developed rapidly, matured, and has been widely used in industry. The permanent magnet brushless DC motor uses a set of electronic commutator, which eliminates the frequent maintenance brought by mechanical commutation. There are a series of problems, such as sparks, noise and electromagnetic interference, and it has many advantages, such as good speed regulation performance and high running efficiency of DC motor. Therefore, it has been widely used in related fields. Firstly, this paper combines the body structure of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. The working principle and mathematical model of the permanent magnet material selection, structure and winding distribution of permanent magnet brushless DC motor with external rotor for fan design are analyzed. Combined with traditional design method of motor and finite element analysis theory. A permanent magnet brushless DC motor with outer rotor is designed by using ANSYS Maxwell software. The stator parameters such as outer diameter, inner diameter and slot number are determined, and rotor parameters: outer diameter, inner diameter and pole number are determined. Air gap width, stator winding three-phase "Y" type, finite element parameters setting. Static magnetic field, transient characteristics, starting torque and current, back EMF. The relationship between inductance parameters and current and power is simulated by finite element method. The phenomenon of tooth slot torque of permanent magnet brushless DC motor is analyzed without changing the structure of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. In this paper, several methods of effectively reducing the torque of tooth slot for fan motor are put forward, and the simulation analysis is carried out by using ANSYS Maxwell software. Finally, the test prototype is tested for energy saving. Noise test to verify the correctness of motor design, economic, practical and so on.
