【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)估計(jì)是依據(jù)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的遙測遙信信息,模擬出系統(tǒng)完備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。它可以檢驗(yàn)開關(guān)狀態(tài)的位置,修正誤差數(shù)據(jù),模擬出比自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)遙測數(shù)據(jù)更精確的運(yùn)行方式。也能模擬出未裝量測裝置的潮流,以及一些很難量測的電氣量。狀態(tài)估計(jì)為調(diào)度運(yùn)行人員掌握整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行提供了更準(zhǔn)確的平臺(tái),并且還為一些其它高級(jí)應(yīng)用軟件鋪設(shè)了完整實(shí)時(shí)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行方式。本文基于上海電力公司“三集五大”建設(shè)的背景下,從上海市北供電公司調(diào)控中心狀態(tài)估計(jì)等高級(jí)應(yīng)用運(yùn)行和日常維護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),整理出對于各類不同影響到狀態(tài)估計(jì)運(yùn)行的情況所應(yīng)對的處理方法。同時(shí),針對狀態(tài)估計(jì)參數(shù)存在誤差的情況,給出了一套狀態(tài)估計(jì)參數(shù)修正的方法,對于辨識(shí)及檢測系統(tǒng)中的誤差數(shù)據(jù),補(bǔ)充缺失量測點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù),提高狀態(tài)估計(jì)合格率以及改進(jìn)SCADA量測的正確性和合理配置有十分明顯的作用。通過提高狀態(tài)估計(jì)合格率,提升了其它相關(guān)高級(jí)應(yīng)用功能的準(zhǔn)確率,不但為調(diào)度員解決分析系統(tǒng)中發(fā)生的各種問題,并對系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行趨勢作出預(yù)測起到良好的幫助,還有助于遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)運(yùn)行值班同志依據(jù)狀態(tài)估計(jì)計(jì)算得到的結(jié)果改善和維護(hù)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的缺陷部分。確保了電力系統(tǒng)的安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,為三集五大的順利建設(shè)添加了重要的砝碼。
[Abstract]:Power system state estimation is based on the telemetry remote signal information of the dispatching automation system to simulate the complete operation state of the system. It can check the position of the switching state and correct the error data. It can also simulate the power flow of unloaded measuring devices by simulating a more accurate operation mode than the automatic system telemetry data. State estimation provides a more accurate platform for dispatchers to master the operation of the whole system. This paper is based on the background of "three sets and five big" construction of Shanghai Electric Power Company. Starting from the current situation of advanced application operation and daily maintenance such as regulation center state estimation of Shanghai Bei Power supply Company, this paper puts forward the methods to deal with various kinds of situations that affect the operation of state estimation. At the same time. In view of the error of the state estimation parameters, a set of state estimation parameters correction method is presented, which can supplement the missing measurement data for the error data in the identification and detection system. It is very important to increase the qualified rate of state estimation and to improve the correctness and reasonable configuration of SCADA measurement. By increasing the qualified rate of state estimation, the accuracy of other related advanced application functions is improved. Not only for dispatchers to solve all kinds of problems that occurred in the analysis system, but also for the system to predict the running trend of good help. It is also helpful to improve and maintain the defect part of the automation system and ensure the safety and economic operation of the power system. It adds important weights for the smooth construction of three sets and five major projects.
