【摘要】:隨著霧霾天氣的加重,PM2.5概念進(jìn)入公眾的視野,空氣凈化器市場得到了空前的關(guān)注。目前國內(nèi)高端市場中的空氣凈化器主要是被國外品牌占據(jù),分食了大量的市場份額。國產(chǎn)空氣凈化器無論是在空氣凈化技術(shù),還是在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)都與國外品牌有很大的差距。 西城華興公司在空氣凈化技術(shù)取得了突破性進(jìn)展的同時(shí),希望通過工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)提高產(chǎn)品美觀性和企業(yè)品牌形象,打破外國品牌對空氣凈化器市場的壟斷。本項(xiàng)目的目的是對西城華興公司空氣凈化器進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì),對提高企業(yè)品牌形象和市場競爭力具有重要意義。 本項(xiàng)目來源于湖南西城華興科技有限公司和湖南大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)院的合作項(xiàng)目,以西城華興XQ-5C空氣凈化器為設(shè)計(jì)對象,基于超聲波全自動(dòng)清洗技術(shù),從空氣凈化機(jī)的外觀造型設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),以企業(yè)的品牌理念、工藝水平為基礎(chǔ),以企業(yè)需求戰(zhàn)略和市場需求為導(dǎo)向,以獨(dú)到的設(shè)計(jì)眼光設(shè)計(jì)出了符合市場需求的空氣凈化器。 在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中,首先對公司的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行了分析,對相關(guān)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)程的安排;然后空氣凈化器的主要競爭品牌進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,主要從價(jià)格、凈化原理機(jī)制、外觀造型、色彩、結(jié)構(gòu)、界面等方面展開分析,再然后對西城華興公司用戶、品牌、工藝以及企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析,并對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)定位。通過頭腦風(fēng)暴,概念草圖設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)字建模與效果圖設(shè)計(jì)確定了最終方案,并對方案進(jìn)行了方案細(xì)化與樣機(jī)試制,同時(shí)還對空氣凈化器的安裝位置進(jìn)行了人機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)。最后基于產(chǎn)品按鍵的功能,產(chǎn)品的信息架構(gòu),流程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的界面視覺方案設(shè)計(jì)。 本項(xiàng)目的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和成果在于,,第一,準(zhǔn)確的理解企業(yè)需求,合理的利用企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品工藝,設(shè)計(jì)出了外觀形式獨(dú)特、新穎、美觀,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理的方案,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品樣機(jī)的試制與測試。第二,對產(chǎn)品安裝位置進(jìn)行了人機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),為用戶和維修人員帶來很大的方便,第三,對產(chǎn)品界面進(jìn)行了合理的信息架構(gòu),流程交互設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出了既美觀,又具有很高實(shí)用性和適用性的產(chǎn)品界面。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the fog weather , the concept of PM 2.5 enters the public view , and the air purifier market has been paid more attention . At present , the air purifier in the high - end market of China is mainly occupied by the foreign brand , and the market share is divided . The domestic air purifier is not only in the air purification technology or in the product design , but also has a big gap with the foreign brand . At the same time , Xi - cheng Huaxing Company has made breakthrough progress in air purification technology , and hopes to improve the beauty of products and brand image of enterprises through industrial design , break the monopoly of foreign brands on the market of air purifier . The purpose of this project is to design the air purifier of Huaxing Company in West City , which is of great significance to improve the brand image and market competitiveness of the enterprise . This project comes from the cooperation project of Huaxing Science & Technology Co . , Ltd . and Hunan University ' s School of Design and Arts , and takes XQ - 5C air purifier in West City as the design object . Based on ultrasonic full - automatic cleaning technology , based on the appearance modeling design of air purification machine , based on the brand concept and technology level of the enterprise , the enterprise demand strategy and market demand are guided , and the air purifier meeting the market demand is designed with the unique design vision . In the process of project implementation , firstly , the design requirements of the company are analyzed , the relevant project task and the design process are arranged , and then the main competitive brands of the air purifier are analyzed , and the product is designed and positioned . Through brainstorming , concept sketch design , digital modeling and effect chart design , the final scheme is determined . Finally , the design of the installation position of the air purifier is carried out . Finally , the design of the design of the air purifier is carried out .
