【摘要】:某公司2×600MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組,鍋爐為上海鍋爐廠設(shè)計(jì)和制造,型號(hào)為SG2059/17.5-M915。在正常運(yùn)行時(shí)NOx排放在650mg/m3以上,NOx不能達(dá)到國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),故對(duì)2臺(tái)機(jī)組進(jìn)行低氮燃燒運(yùn)行調(diào)整、低氮燃燒器改造。經(jīng)過改造和運(yùn)行試驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了NOx排放在260mg/m3以下,達(dá)到降低NOx排放的要求。本文在緒論部分闡述了低氮改造的背景意義,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的低氮燃燒器改造技術(shù)。針對(duì)燃燒器低氮改造后,對(duì)機(jī)組進(jìn)了一個(gè)多月的燃燒熱態(tài)調(diào)試實(shí)驗(yàn),在熱態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,通過對(duì)該爐熱態(tài)過程中的燃燒調(diào)整性試驗(yàn)及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)采集、分析及調(diào)整,使低氮改造后的機(jī)組燃燒器處于最佳運(yùn)行狀態(tài),鍋爐各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到甚至優(yōu)于設(shè)計(jì)要求。為今后鍋爐低氮燃燒器改造后的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保運(yùn)行提供可靠的數(shù)據(jù)支持。對(duì)鍋爐改造后,配合電科院進(jìn)行了多次試驗(yàn),對(duì)鍋爐超溫超越進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)具體原因采取具體對(duì)應(yīng)措施,有效控制了超限次數(shù)。通過燃燒器低氮改造,NOx的排放量平均下降約40%、爐渣含碳量明顯降低、鍋爐結(jié)焦問題得到了極大的改善、吹灰次數(shù)明顯減少,通過優(yōu)化運(yùn)行調(diào)整,汽溫汽壓壁溫運(yùn)行超限次數(shù)逐月減少,得到了很好的控制。最后,本文提出了對(duì)燃燒器低氮改造的技術(shù)展望。
[Abstract]:The boiler of 2 脳 600MW steam turbine generator set in a certain company is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Plant. Model SG2059 / 17.5-M915. at normal operation, NOx emissions above 650 mg / m ~ 3 can not meet the national emission standards. Therefore, the operation adjustment of low nitrogen combustion and the revamping of low nitrogen burner are carried out on two units. Through the revamping and operation test, the NOx emission is below 260 mg / m 3. In the introduction part, the background significance of low nitrogen revamping is expounded, and the advanced low nitrogen burner revamping technology at home and abroad is introduced. In the hot state experiment, the combustion adjustment test and related data acquisition, analysis and adjustment are carried out for more than one month. The burner of low nitrogen revamping unit is in the best operation condition, and the performance index of the boiler is even better than the design requirement, which is the long-term stability and economy of the boiler low nitrogen burner revamping in the future. The environmental protection operation provides reliable data support. After retrofitting the boiler, several tests have been carried out in cooperation with the Institute of Electric Science, and the boiler overtemperature surpassing has been analyzed, and specific corresponding measures have been taken in view of the specific reasons. The emission of no _ x is reduced about 40%, the carbon content of slag is obviously reduced, the problem of boiler coking has been greatly improved, and the number of soot blowing has been obviously reduced. By optimizing operation adjustment, the number of excess operation of steam temperature and steam pressure wall temperature is reduced month by month, and good control is obtained. Finally, the technical prospect of low nitrogen revamping of burner is put forward in this paper.
