【摘要】:《"十二五"期間新建核電廠安全要求》(報(bào)批稿)要求"宜設(shè)置地震自動(dòng)停堆系統(tǒng)",文章通過(guò)調(diào)研國(guó)際原子能機(jī)構(gòu)、美國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)、俄羅斯等主要核電國(guó)家、地區(qū)和組織關(guān)于地震自動(dòng)停堆的監(jiān)管要求和工程實(shí)踐,總結(jié)了決策是否設(shè)置地震自動(dòng)停堆需要考慮的因素和評(píng)價(jià)是否設(shè)置地震自動(dòng)停堆的方法,探討了地震自動(dòng)停堆系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,對(duì)落實(shí)《"十二五"期間新建核電廠安全要求(報(bào)批稿)》具有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:"Safety requirements for newly built Nuclear Power plants during the 12th Five-Year Plan" (draft approval) requires that "it is appropriate to set up an automatic shutdown system for earthquakes". The article investigates the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United States, Japan, South Korea, and the Taiwan area of China. Russia and other major nuclear power countries, regions and organizations on the automatic shutdown of earthquake regulatory requirements and engineering practices. This paper summarizes the factors that need to be considered in deciding whether to set up automatic shutdown of earthquake and the method of evaluating whether to set up automatic shutdown of earthquake, and discusses the design of automatic shutdown system of earthquake. It can be used for reference to implement the safety requirements of newly built nuclear power plants during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period.
