【摘要】：隨著能源稀缺和環(huán)境惡化問題的日益凸顯,如何提高能源利用率成為世界各國普遍關(guān)注的一個問題。三電平逆變器因其在高壓大功率電動機(jī)節(jié)能降耗、提高電能利用率上有著顯著作用而成為眾多科研工作者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和研究的熱點(diǎn),而三電平逆變器的控制方法更是人們研究的重點(diǎn)。 本文詳細(xì)講述了兩電平逆變器的工作原理及兩電平SVPWM對稱調(diào)制模式控制算法的基本步驟,其后根據(jù)矢量合成的平行四邊形定則在成熟的傳統(tǒng)兩電平SVPWM對稱式控制算法的基礎(chǔ)上推導(dǎo)了一種新型的兩電平SVPWM算法,該算法僅需計算參考矢量位于第一扇區(qū)時,其相關(guān)矢量的作用時間即可計算出參考矢量位于其它各扇區(qū)時,其相關(guān)矢量的作用時間。隨后,本文以二極管箝位型三電平逆變器為例詳細(xì)講述了三電平逆變器的工作原理,三電平SVPWM矢量分解算法的基本步驟。然后將新型的兩電平SVPWM控制算法及三電平SVPWM矢量分解算法應(yīng)用于三電平中,便推導(dǎo)出了一種新型的三電平SVPWM控制算法,該新型的三電平SVPWM控制算法僅需根據(jù)第一大扇區(qū)內(nèi)第一小扇區(qū)的相關(guān)矢量作用時間計算公式,便可求出參考矢量位于三電平矢量平面任意區(qū)域內(nèi)的相關(guān)矢量作用時間。 同時在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了傳統(tǒng)的兩電平SVPWM對稱式控制算法、新型的兩電平SVPWM算法、三電平SVPWM矢量分解算法、新型的三電平SVPWM算法的仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明推導(dǎo)的新型的兩電平SVPWM算法及新型的三電平SVPWM算法是正確的。 最后設(shè)計了基于三電平SVPWM矢量分解算法的永磁同步電動機(jī)的電流、轉(zhuǎn)速雙閉環(huán)矢量控制系統(tǒng)并在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了該控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明該控制系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度快而且具有良好的靜、動態(tài)特性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of energy scarcity and environmental degradation, how to improve energy efficiency has become a common concern in the world. Three-level inverter is used in high-voltage and high-power motors to save energy and reduce consumption. The improvement of power utilization efficiency has become the focus and research focus of many researchers, and the control method of three-level inverter is the focus of people's research. In this paper, the principle of two-level inverter and the basic steps of two-level SVPWM symmetrical modulation mode control algorithm are described in detail. Based on the parallelogram rule of vector synthesis, a new two-level SVPWM control algorithm is derived based on the traditional two-level SVPWM symmetric control algorithm. When the reference vector is located in the first sector, the operation time of the correlation vector can be calculated when the reference vector is located in the other sectors. Taking diode clamped three-level inverter as an example, the principle of three-level inverter is described in detail in this paper. The basic steps of the three-level SVPWM vector decomposition algorithm. Then the new two-level SVPWM control algorithm and the three-level SVPWM vector decomposition algorithm are applied to the three-level. A new three-level SVPWM control algorithm is derived. The new three-level SVPWM control algorithm only needs to calculate the time of the correlation vector in the first large sector and the first small sector. The interaction time of the reference vector in any region of the three-level vector plane can be obtained. At the same time, the traditional two-level SVPWM symmetrical control algorithm and a new two-level SVPWM algorithm are built in MATLAB/Simulink. Three-level SVPWM vector decomposition algorithm, a new three-level SVPWM algorithm simulation model. The simulation results show that the new two-level SVPWM algorithm and the new three-level SVPWM algorithm are correct. Finally, the current of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on three-level SVPWM vector decomposition algorithm is designed. The simulation model of the double closed loop vector control system is built in MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the speed of response of the control system is fast and the control system has good static performance. Dynamic characteristics.
