【摘要】:無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、壽命長(zhǎng)和效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已在國(guó)防、航天航空、機(jī)器人、工業(yè)過(guò)程控制、精密機(jī)床、汽車電子、家用電器和辦公自動(dòng)化等領(lǐng)域中取得了較好的應(yīng)用。但是,無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)具有較大的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),會(huì)降低系統(tǒng)的使用壽命和穩(wěn)定性。所以,研究無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)抑制方法,對(duì)提高設(shè)備的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量和延長(zhǎng)壽命具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了FIR濾波結(jié)合改進(jìn)PID控制算法來(lái)抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了方法的可行性與有效性。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1、從無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)控制器和抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)方法兩個(gè)方面介紹了無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理,建立了電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用Matlab進(jìn)行了仿真,驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性。 2、介紹了無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的組成,從電樞反應(yīng)、電流換相、電磁因素、齒槽因素、機(jī)械加工和材料因素等五個(gè)方面,分析了無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的原因。 3、闡述了FIR濾波器的基本原理,提出了適合無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)運(yùn)行的改進(jìn)的PID控制算法,并針對(duì)普通雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)存在的不足,,設(shè)計(jì)了將FIR濾波器與改進(jìn)PID控制算法相結(jié)合的雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),從而有效地抑制了無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。 4、以STM32F103VC單片機(jī)為核心,完成了電壓電流采樣電路、逆變電路和過(guò)壓過(guò)流保護(hù)電路等無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì),編寫了主模塊、控制模塊和驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊等程序,對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了軟硬件調(diào)試與實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,與普通雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)相比,采用FIR濾波器與改進(jìn)PID控制算法相結(jié)合的雙閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)能夠進(jìn)一步抑制無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),得到更好的控制效果。
[Abstract]:The brushless DC motor has the advantages of simple structure , long service life and high efficiency , and has achieved good application in the fields of national defense , space aviation , robot , industrial process control , precision machine tool , automobile electronics , household appliance and office automation , etc . However , the brushless DC motor has larger torque ripple and can reduce the service life and stability of the system . On the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad , this paper studies the torque ripple problem by using the brushless DC motor as the research object , and puts forward the FIR filtering combined with the improved PID control algorithm to suppress torque ripple , and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method through experiments . The main research contents are as follows : 1 . The current situation of brushless DC motor is introduced from two aspects of brushless DC motor controller and inhibition torque ripple method . The basic structure and working principle of the brushless DC motor are analyzed , the mathematical model of the motor is established , and the simulation is carried out using Matlab , and the correctness of the model is verified . 2 . The composition of torque ripple of brushless DC motor is introduced . The reason of torque ripple of brushless DC motor is analyzed from five aspects : armature reaction , current commutation , electromagnetic factors , cogging factor , machining and material factors . 3 . The basic principle of FIR filter is introduced , and an improved PID control algorithm suitable for the operation of brushless DC motor is put forward , and the double closed - loop control system combining FIR filter with improved PID control algorithm is designed aiming at the deficiency of common double closed - loop control system , thus effectively restraining torque ripple of brushless DC motor . 4 . Based on STM32F103VC single chip microcomputer , the hardware design of the closed - loop control system of brushless DC motor such as voltage - current sampling circuit , inverter circuit and over - voltage over - current protection circuit is completed . The main module , control module and drive module are designed . The hardware and software debugging and experimental verification of the prototype are carried out . The results show that the double closed - loop control system combining FIR filter and improved PID control algorithm can further suppress the torque ripple of brushless DC motor and get better control effect compared with the conventional double closed - loop control system .
