【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,電力需求日趨緊張,輸變電建設項目趨于大型化和復雜化。輸變電建設項目涉及工程較為復雜,資源需求種類和數(shù)量都很可觀。如何充分利用資源,且合理控制工期是人們關(guān)注的問題。求解多資源受限項目調(diào)度問題,采用遺傳算法進行關(guān)鍵鏈識別。在約束理論的基礎上進一步創(chuàng)新,得到人們公認較為實用的關(guān)鍵鏈項目管理方法,它解決了關(guān)鍵路徑和計劃評審技術(shù)所不能解決的資源約束問題。制定的進度計劃能夠更加切實的反映項目的實際情況,并通過緩沖區(qū)設置考慮項目執(zhí)行過程中多種影響因素。關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)研究,主要內(nèi)容是關(guān)鍵鏈識別和緩沖區(qū)設置。資源約束有單資源、多資源之分,論文討論多資源約束對關(guān)鍵鏈識別的影響。項目調(diào)度研究逐步趨向于追求工期最短的目標,本文在此前提下,充分考慮工作流程限制和資源約束條件,建立項目調(diào)度模型。在確定關(guān)鍵鏈之后,全方面地思考影響項目工期的多種因素,比如:工作復雜程度、子任務時間占比等。在這些因素作用下,本文深入探索研究,確定在多資源約束下設置緩沖區(qū)的模型。最后通過扎哈淖爾輸變電工程建設項目的實際案例,應用遺傳算法,考慮多資源約束,識別關(guān)鍵鏈。按照研究模型設置緩沖區(qū),計算工期。通過驗證論文提出模型,不僅能減少工期,更重要的是充分考慮了不確定因素對項目調(diào)度計劃的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy, the power demand is becoming increasingly tense, the construction of power transmission projects tend to be large and complicated. The construction of power transmission project involves engineering is complex, type and quantity of resource requirements are very impressive. How to make full use of resources, and reasonable control time is of concern. For multi resource constrained project scheduling problem, identify key chain using the genetic algorithm. Further innovation based on the theory of constraints, people have recognized the critical chain project management method is more practical, it solves the resource constraint problem of critical path and program evaluation and review technique which can not be solved. The plan can effectively reflect the actual situation of the project, and by considering the factors influencing buffer settings a variety of projects in the implementation process. The research of critical chain technology, the main content is to set the key chain identification and buffer resource constraints are. Single resources, more resources, thesis discusses the influence of multiple resource constrained to identify critical chain project scheduling. The research tends to pursue the goal of the shortest time, based on the premise, fully consider the work flow constraints and resource constraints, the establishment of project scheduling model. After determining the key chain, all aspects of thinking influence a variety of factors, such as the duration of the project: the complexity of the work, the sub task time proportion. In these factors, this paper in-depth exploration and research, determined to set the buffer in multi resource constraints model. Through the actual case of Zaha Nur power transmission engineering projects, the application of genetic algorithm, considering the resource constraints, recognition key chain. According to the calculated period setting buffer, research model. To validate the proposed model, not only can reduce the construction period, more important is to fully consider the uncertain factors on the item The impact of the schedule plan.
