【摘要】:針對(duì)六相電壓源逆變器供電的相移30°雙三相電機(jī),為提高母線電壓利用率,并減小系統(tǒng)損耗和轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),提出一種新型的全調(diào)制比范圍空間矢量脈寬調(diào)制(SVPWM)策略。該策略根據(jù)基波調(diào)制系數(shù),將調(diào)制區(qū)域分為線性調(diào)制區(qū)和過(guò)調(diào)制區(qū),在線性調(diào)制區(qū)將正弦調(diào)制區(qū)和非正弦調(diào)制區(qū)的調(diào)制算法統(tǒng)一為基于中間矢量算法,該算法計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單且大幅度的減少在非正弦調(diào)制區(qū)所注入的6k±1(k=1,3,5,…)次諧波。在過(guò)調(diào)制區(qū)將三相過(guò)調(diào)制算法推廣到六相系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行改進(jìn),過(guò)調(diào)制Ⅰ區(qū)通過(guò)算法改進(jìn)使參考電壓矢量幅值與調(diào)制系數(shù)成線性關(guān)系便于算法的實(shí)現(xiàn);過(guò)調(diào)制Ⅱ區(qū)通過(guò)對(duì)相位進(jìn)行修正,減小了相電壓的畸變。仿真分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the phase shifted 30 degree double three-phase motor fed by six phase voltage source inverter, a new full modulation ratio space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) strategy is proposed to improve bus voltage utilization and reduce system losses and torque ripple. The strategy according to the fundamental modulation coefficient, the modulation area is divided into linear modulation and over modulation, the linear modulation region will modulation sine modulation region and non sine modulation region unification algorithm based on intermediate vector, the algorithm is simple and greatly reduced in non sine modulation region of the injected 6K + 1 (k=1,3,5,... ) subharmonic. In the over modulation over modulation algorithm is extended to three-phase and six phase system was improved by improving the algorithm of modulation to the reference voltage vector amplitude modulation coefficient and realize linear relationship for the algorithm; over modulation zone by analyzing the phase correction, reduces the distortion of phase voltage. The simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
