【摘要】：切除過載支路可能會(huì)引發(fā)相關(guān)輸電斷面內(nèi)連鎖過載,應(yīng)在過載保護(hù)延時(shí)動(dòng)作時(shí)限內(nèi),采取快速控制措施消除過載。文中保護(hù)對(duì)象為斷面整體,保證降低斷面整體潮流的同時(shí)斷面內(nèi)無支路過載�，F(xiàn)有改進(jìn)算法的綜合靈敏度計(jì)算或忽略正常支路,或僅為過載線路及接近極限線路靈敏度的代數(shù)和,不能更為合理地體現(xiàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)消除斷面整體過載的能力;且其節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)先級(jí)劃分及調(diào)整節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)選擇、調(diào)整量約束條件仍不完善。文中繼承了現(xiàn)有綜合靈敏度算法的總體思想并加以改進(jìn),認(rèn)為綜合靈敏度應(yīng)為斷面內(nèi)過載支路與正常支路靈敏度的加權(quán)和,以此對(duì)控制節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分類和排序;劃分節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)先級(jí)時(shí)綜合考慮節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)支路的靈敏度及斷面的綜合靈敏度;根據(jù)反向等量配對(duì)法選擇調(diào)整節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)時(shí)增加"保證斷面整體安全"原則,且增加平衡機(jī)出力的處理避免越限;完善調(diào)整量約束條件,加入潮流反向約束避免調(diào)整量過大時(shí)潮流反向增長(zhǎng)。對(duì)某省電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的仿真計(jì)算表明了算法的快速有效性。
[Abstract]:The removal of overload branch may lead to chain overload in the relevant transmission section, so fast control measures should be taken to eliminate overload within the time limit of overload protection delay operation. In this paper, the protection object is the whole section to ensure that the overall power flow of the section is reduced and there is no branch overload in the section. The comprehensive sensitivity calculation of the existing improved algorithm either ignores the normal branch, or is only the algebra sum of the sensitivity of the overload line and the limit line, which can not more reasonably reflect the ability of the node to eliminate the overall overload of the section, and the node priority division and the adjustment of the node pair selection, the adjustment constraint conditions are still not perfect. In this paper, the overall idea of the existing comprehensive sensitivity algorithm is inherited and improved, and it is considered that the comprehensive sensitivity should be the weighted sum of the sensitivity of the overload branch and the normal branch in the section, so as to classify and sort the control nodes, and consider the sensitivity of the node to the branch and the comprehensive sensitivity of the section when dividing the priority of the nodes. According to the reverse equal matching method, the principle of "ensuring the overall safety of the section" is added when the node pair is adjusted, and the output of the balancer is increased to avoid exceeding the limit; the constraint conditions of the adjustment quantity are improved, and the reverse constraint of the power flow is added to avoid the reverse growth of the power flow when the adjustment quantity is too large. The simulation results of a provincial power grid system show that the algorithm is fast and effective.
