【摘要】：NCB式汽輪機在熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)機組中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,論文分析研究了某燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機組工況切換時的特性,結(jié)果表明由于切換過程中SSS離合器的嚙合或脫開,低壓轉(zhuǎn)子軸向位移、軸瓦振動、軸瓦回油溫度以及離合器回油溫度均發(fā)生明顯的變化。在工況切換的過程中應(yīng)密切監(jiān)視這些參數(shù)的變化并采取有效的措施保證機組的安全。所做工作對于指導(dǎo)機組的運行具有重要的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:The NCB steam turbine is widely used in CHPG units. The characteristics of the switching condition of a gas steam combined cycle generator set are analyzed and studied. During the process of operating condition switching, closely monitor the changes of these parameters and take effective measures to ensure the safety of the unit. The work done has important engineering application value for guiding the operation of the unit.
