基于物元可拓模型的光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致了企業(yè)、居民對(duì)于化石燃料的需求量大大增加,能源短缺以及環(huán)境污染的問(wèn)題也隨之而來(lái),進(jìn)而抑制了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。太陽(yáng)能作為一種無(wú)污染的可再生能源,是化石燃料的理想替代能源。光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目對(duì)太陽(yáng)能資源的合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用,對(duì)改善我國(guó)電力系統(tǒng)的電源結(jié)構(gòu)具有重大意義。本文主要圍繞涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究。首先參考了國(guó)內(nèi)外大量學(xué)者對(duì)光伏項(xiàng)目的研究成果;廣泛收集關(guān)于光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)資料,為本文奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和材料支撐。結(jié)合涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)從配電技術(shù)、光伏電站經(jīng)濟(jì)收益、光伏并網(wǎng)社會(huì)影響以及光伏電站建設(shè)可持續(xù)影響四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,總共14個(gè)指標(biāo)建立了適用于涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并且對(duì)這些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析、探討,提出了一套基于層次分析法的物元可拓模型,運(yùn)用該組合模型對(duì)該地區(qū)的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),得出了涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)等級(jí)為“良好”。依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果說(shuō)明了該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,從配電技術(shù)方面來(lái)說(shuō)是具有先進(jìn)性的,同時(shí)該光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施不僅能給企業(yè)帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,也會(huì)促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、推動(dòng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,而對(duì)于環(huán)境保護(hù)方面又是有很大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。故涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目具有較高的建設(shè)投資性。本文最后很據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,總結(jié)了涉縣20兆瓦光伏電站發(fā)電項(xiàng)目可能會(huì)存在的一些缺陷,并且提出了一些合理性的建議,為之后的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施管理提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for fossil fuels has increased greatly in enterprises and residents, and the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution have also followed, thus inhibiting the sustainable and healthy development of social economy. As a non-polluting renewable energy, solar energy is an ideal alternative to fossil fuels. Photovoltaic project is of great significance to the reasonable exploitation and utilization of solar energy resources and to the improvement of the power supply structure of China's power system. This paper mainly focuses on the project of 20 MW PV power station in Shixian. First of all, a lot of domestic and foreign scholars are referred to the research results of photovoltaic projects, and a wide range of relevant information about photovoltaic projects are collected, which lays a solid theoretical foundation and material support for this paper. Combined with the characteristics of the 20 MW PV power station in Shixian County, this paper analyzes the distribution technology, the economic benefits of the PV power station, the social impact of PV grid connection and the sustainable impact of PV power station construction. A total of 14 indexes have been established for the evaluation index system of 20 MW PV power station projects in Shexian County, and these indexes have been analyzed in detail, discussed, and a matter-element extension model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been put forward. The combined model is used to evaluate the photovoltaic projects in this area, and it is concluded that the construction grade of the 20 MW PV power station in Shixian is "good". According to the results of the evaluation, the implementation of the project is advanced in terms of distribution technology. At the same time, the implementation of the photovoltaic power project will not only bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise, but also promote the local economic development. To promote the development of society, and for environmental protection is a great advantage. Therefore, the project of 20 MW PV power station in the county has high investment in construction. Finally, according to the evaluation results, this paper summarizes some defects of the 20 MW PV power station project in Shixian County, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to help the project implementation and management.
