【摘要】：循環(huán)水泵軸封水的作用主要是冷卻循環(huán)水泵和沖洗帶走泵軸旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦產(chǎn)生的細(xì)小鐵屑等雜質(zhì)。某核電廠循環(huán)水泵的軸封形式為唇形密封,當(dāng)軸封水壓力低于設(shè)定值會(huì)自動(dòng)停止循環(huán)水泵,將觸發(fā)停機(jī),嚴(yán)重影響機(jī)組安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。該問(wèn)題處理適用于類(lèi)似問(wèn)題的應(yīng)用借鑒。
[Abstract]:The main function of circulating pump shaft sealing water is to cool the circulating pump and wash away the impurity such as small iron chip produced by rotating friction of pump shaft. The seal form of circulating water pump in a nuclear power plant is lip seal. When the water pressure of shaft seal is lower than the set value, the circulating water pump will be stopped automatically, which will trigger the shutdown, which will seriously affect the safety and economy of the unit. The problem treatment is applicable to the application of similar problems.
