兼顧風(fēng)電接納與風(fēng)電商利益的風(fēng)電裝機(jī)容量分層優(yōu)化

【摘要】:合理的裝機(jī)容量是減少棄風(fēng)、優(yōu)化電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行、減少風(fēng)電商損失的有效方法。風(fēng)電場裝機(jī)容量的確定主要受電網(wǎng)對風(fēng)電接納能力、風(fēng)電場風(fēng)資源狀況和風(fēng)電商運(yùn)營方式的影響。提出采用多目標(biāo)分層優(yōu)化決策方法求解風(fēng)電場合理的裝機(jī)容量。第一層以電力系統(tǒng)環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度為目標(biāo),充分發(fā)揮風(fēng)電的節(jié)能減排效應(yīng),計(jì)算分析不同典型日負(fù)荷下的風(fēng)電接納能力,獲得多條風(fēng)電接納水平曲線;第二層以第一層電網(wǎng)最佳風(fēng)電接納水平為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)風(fēng)電場隨機(jī)模擬風(fēng)速時序曲線,以風(fēng)電場棄風(fēng)電量與欠風(fēng)電量期望最小為目標(biāo),兼顧風(fēng)電場商的期望利益,建立隨機(jī)機(jī)會約束規(guī)劃模型評估風(fēng)電場最佳裝機(jī)容量。仿真算例驗(yàn)證了所提優(yōu)化模型的有效性與合理性。
[Abstract]:Reasonable installed capacity is an effective method to reduce wind abandonment, optimize power system operation and reduce wind power loss. The determination of the installed capacity of wind farm is mainly influenced by the power grid's ability to accept wind power, the wind resource condition of wind farm and the operation mode of wind power company. A multi-objective hierarchical optimization decision method is proposed to solve the reasonable installed capacity of wind farm. The first layer takes the environmental and economic dispatch of power system as the goal, gives full play to the energy saving and emission reduction effect of wind power, calculates and analyzes the wind power acceptance capacity under different typical daily loads, and obtains a number of wind power acceptance level curves. The second layer is based on the optimal wind power acceptance level of the first layer of power grid, according to the wind farm stochastic simulation wind speed time series curve, taking the expected minimum of wind farm abandoned wind power and underwind power as the goal, taking into account the expected interests of wind farm operators. A stochastic chance constrained programming model is established to evaluate the optimal installed capacity of a wind farm. A simulation example shows the validity and rationality of the proposed optimization model.
