基于風力機模擬器的氣動—彈性耦合特性的模擬與實驗

【摘要】:風力機模擬器主要用于在實驗室模擬風力機運行以便開展相關(guān)的風電技術(shù)研究。模擬器一般會采用基于Cp-λ曲線的簡化模型來模擬風力機的氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩。近年來隨著大容量風力機的大規(guī)模投產(chǎn),實驗室對模擬大容量風力機運行以供研究的需求不斷上升。然而因氣動-彈性耦合特性對大容量風力機氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩的計算結(jié)果影響較大,采用上述簡化模型已不能精準模擬其氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩。所以本文通過在模擬器上實現(xiàn)氣動-彈性耦合特性的模擬,使得模擬器能夠精準模擬包括大容量風力機在內(nèi)的多種風力機。本文為實現(xiàn)精準模擬氣動-彈性耦合特性的目的,考慮將風電仿真軟件FAST中的氣彈耦合仿真代碼移植進模擬器以替代現(xiàn)有氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩計算模型。首先分析了 FAST軟件的總體結(jié)構(gòu),進行了拆分解構(gòu);在此基礎(chǔ)上提取相關(guān)的氣彈耦合仿真代碼;之后封裝成一個氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩計算函數(shù)模塊,并開放相應(yīng)接口。完成了對FAST軟件代碼的二次開發(fā)。其次分析了 PLC中進行實時仿真的可行性;接著設(shè)計編寫PLC實時仿真控制程序;并通過編寫C++程序來調(diào)用置于PLC中的上述氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩計算函數(shù)模塊。同時基于R3I0通訊方式設(shè)計通訊方案,在PLC程序與C++程序間實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳遞的實時性和同步性。在PLC中實現(xiàn)了基于氣彈耦合特性的氣動轉(zhuǎn)矩實時仿真計算。最后在搭建好的風力機模擬器實驗平臺上進行了多組實驗。通過對照FAST仿真結(jié)果,驗證了本文模擬器具有良好的氣彈耦合特性模擬性能。
[Abstract]:Wind turbine simulator is mainly used to simulate wind turbine operation in laboratory in order to carry out related wind power technology research. The simulator usually uses a simplified model based on Cp- 位 curve to simulate the aerodynamic torque of wind turbine. In recent years, with the large-scale production of large capacity wind turbine, the demand for simulating large capacity wind turbine operation in laboratory is increasing. However, the aerodynamic torque of large capacity wind turbine can not be accurately simulated by using the simplified model because of the influence of the Aeroelastic coupling characteristics on the calculation results of the aerodynamic torque of the large capacity wind turbine. In this paper, the simulation of Aeroelastic coupling characteristics is realized on the simulator, which enables the simulator to accurately simulate many kinds of wind turbines, including large capacity wind turbines. In order to accurately simulate the Aeroelastic coupling characteristics, the Aeroelastic coupling simulation code of wind power simulation software FAST is transplanted into the simulator to replace the existing aerodynamic torque calculation model. Firstly, the overall structure of the FAST software is analyzed, and the splitting and deconstruction are carried out. Based on this, the Aeroelastic coupling simulation code is extracted, and then a pneumatic torque calculation function module is encapsulated and the corresponding interface is opened. The second development of FAST software code is completed. Secondly, the feasibility of real-time simulation in PLC is analyzed, and then the PLC real-time simulation control program is designed and written. The above pneumatic torque calculation function module is called in PLC by writing C program. At the same time, the communication scheme based on R3I0 is designed to realize the real-time and synchronization of data transfer between PLC program and C program. The real-time simulation of aerodynamic torque based on Aeroelastic coupling is realized in PLC. At last, many experiments are carried out on the experimental platform of wind turbine simulator. The simulation results of FAST show that the simulation performance of this simulator is good.
