基于無(wú)線通訊技術(shù)的化學(xué)技術(shù)監(jiān)控與生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Modern power plants have very high requirements for production management, technical management and data information management. In this paper, the wireless communication technology is applied to the chemical technology monitoring and production management system to realize the unified and efficient operation of laboratory data, defect management, production task, technical analysis and consumables management. This paper studies the demand characteristics and development direction of chemical technology monitoring and production management in modern power plants. The stack network host is connected with the core three-layer switch to form the server. The network topology of the power plant including the wireless network base station system based on WLAN technology is designed by using the router to form the backbone of the system. Based on ASP script environment, access database engine, SQL read-write technology, WAP standard and its defined WML markup protocol, a server-side website system is developed to meet the production requirements. The compatible development between the system and GSM MODEM is completed by using the ASP secondary development method based on OCX control, and the system running and debugging on the intelligent mobile terminal is carried out. This system is an improvement based on the traditional server-PC computer cable management system, which makes it have both management denseness and mobility flexibility. It not only retains the function of PC terminal management network and the characteristics of server side most advanced management. It also integrates the convenient function of the mobile terminal directly connected to the system to participate in the control and the short message notification office. Because the server is still the core of the system, all the response actions are completed by the server, so the stability and security of the whole system are guaranteed. The chemical technology monitoring point is set up in the peripheral sampling and testing point which is far from the monitoring center. The chemists input the collected information into the client and send the wireless communication network to the remote server database. Through practical application experiments, the efficiency of practical chemical technology monitoring and production management is improved, and the original intention of the design is basically satisfied.
