中高開孔率電除塵器多孔板的阻力特性試驗研究

【摘要】:多孔板對于電除塵器內(nèi)氣流均勻起著重要作用,目前已經(jīng)有一些關(guān)于多孔板阻力特性的研究。但是大部分研究集中在低開孔率、少孔數(shù)的多孔板上,而針對電除塵器內(nèi)使用的中高開孔率、多孔數(shù)的多孔板阻力特性研究較少。該文針對開孔率0.3≤?≤0.68,孔數(shù)116≤n≤1567,相對厚度0.21≤t/d≤0.5的多孔板進行了阻力特性研究,旨在得出多孔板的幾何參數(shù)以及管內(nèi)流動狀態(tài)對阻力系數(shù)的影響。試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)阻力系數(shù)均隨著開孔率、雷諾數(shù)、相對厚度的增大而降低,開孔率的影響最為顯著,相對厚度次之,雷諾數(shù)影響最小。文中還提出了估計此類型多孔板阻力系數(shù)的表達式,為今后科學研究及實際應(yīng)用提供了重要參考價值。
