【摘要】：含大規(guī)模風電接入的電網,其所能消納的風電出力區(qū)間受到電網備用容量和線路傳輸功率兩方面約束。該文提出設置最優(yōu)棄風限制來確定安全風電出力區(qū)間,保證電網備用容量充裕且各條線路的傳輸功率不越限。在算法上,將初始風電出力區(qū)間轉化為含{0,1}整數變量的雙線性規(guī)劃(BLP)問題,并且運用BIG-M理論將BLP問題轉化為混合整數線性規(guī)劃(MILP)問題,從而達到整體求解效果。采用改進的IEEE 14節(jié)點系統(tǒng)進行算例測試,分別分析了電網備用容量和線路傳輸功率對初始風電出力區(qū)間的影響,最后優(yōu)化得到可行的安全風電出力區(qū)間,優(yōu)化結果表明了該方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:The output range of wind power with large-scale wind power is restricted by the reserve capacity and transmission power. In this paper, the optimal wind rejection limit is proposed to determine the safe wind power generation range, which ensures that the reserve capacity of the power grid is sufficient and the transmission power of each line is not beyond the limit. In the algorithm, the initial wind power output interval is transformed into a bilinear programming (BLP) problem with {0 / 1} integer variable, and the BLP problem is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem by using BIG-M theory. In order to achieve the overall solution effect. By using an improved IEEE 14-bus system, the effects of reserve capacity and transmission power on the initial wind power generation range are analyzed, and the feasible safe wind power generation zone is obtained. The optimization results show that the method is effective and feasible.
