脫硝催化劑失活及再生實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:以某電廠失活和再生催化劑為研究對(duì)象,采用全尺寸催化劑性能檢測(cè)臺(tái)和比表面積儀、X射線熒光光譜儀、X射線衍射光譜儀、掃描電鏡等儀器對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了性能檢測(cè)和表征分析。結(jié)果表明:2層催化劑經(jīng)過(guò)24 000 h脫硝運(yùn)行后,不能滿(mǎn)足脫硝效率≥83.0%且氨逃逸量≤3?L/L的設(shè)計(jì)要求,催化劑相對(duì)活性為0.70;經(jīng)再生處理后,催化劑孔道得到了疏通,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)恢復(fù)到新催化劑的水平,2層催化劑滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)脫硝效率和氨逃逸量要求的同時(shí),有效控制了SO2/SO3轉(zhuǎn)化率;再生后催化劑相對(duì)活性提高到0.99,脫硝性能得到明顯改善。
