特大水利水電樞紐調(diào)控與安全運行研究進展與前沿
[Abstract]:The flood control, power generation and navigation operation of super water conservancy and hydropower projects are complicated and difficult to ensure safe operation. In order to solve the problem of long-term safe operation of mega-water conservancy and hydropower hub and meet the great demand of long-term safe operation of mega-water conservancy and hydropower hub, based on the current research situation and engineering practice at home and abroad, The project condenses three common scientific and technological problems in this field: 1) the mechanism of hydraulic disaster caused by high speed flow, high pressure transient flow and high head seepage, and the regulation response and performance attenuation law of high dam structure and near dam bank in complex operating environment; 2) innovation of operation safety control index and comprehensive evaluation theory and method, 3) new technology and equipment research and development of multi-factor coupling monitoring and detection of hub operation safety. In view of the safety problems of specific hubs, this paper puts forward five frontier technologies that need to be breakthrough: 1) real time control technology of flood control and flood discharge safety, 2) coupling dynamic safety and intelligent operation technology of hydropower system; 3) the technology of joint optimal control of power generation, flood discharge and navigation; 4) the technology of risk control and safety guarantee in the initial stage of operation of the hub; 5) the technology of high dam structure and long term safe and stable operation of reservoir bank in complex operation environment. Finally, it is pointed out that the future research direction of the control and safe operation of super large water conservancy and hydropower projects should revolve around the innovation of theory and mechanism, the innovation of monitoring instruments and equipment, the technological innovation of ensuring the safe operation of the hubs, and the technological innovation of real-time control.
