基于優(yōu)化模型的直流電纜雷電沖擊電壓試驗(yàn)波形參數(shù)控制

【摘要】:雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)中的直流電纜為大電容試品,試驗(yàn)回路中電感對(duì)沖擊波形的影響不可忽略,沖擊電壓發(fā)生器電阻參數(shù)設(shè)置不當(dāng)將會(huì)導(dǎo)致波形過(guò)沖和振蕩,為此提出一種基于優(yōu)化模型的雷電沖擊電壓試驗(yàn)波形參數(shù)控制方法。首先,對(duì)試驗(yàn)回路進(jìn)行理論推導(dǎo),并分析波前時(shí)間和過(guò)沖率之間的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上引入一個(gè)可用于表征波形過(guò)沖率的變量Δ_m;其次,以波前時(shí)間最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),通過(guò)限制Δ_m的數(shù)值對(duì)波形過(guò)沖率進(jìn)行約束,建立電阻參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型;最后,設(shè)置不同的Δ_m對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,并通過(guò)仿真計(jì)算和實(shí)際試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其有效性。結(jié)果表明,隨著Δ_m設(shè)置值的增加,過(guò)沖率呈上升趨勢(shì),波前時(shí)間呈下降趨勢(shì),優(yōu)化模型能夠?qū)Σㄐ螀?shù)進(jìn)行有效控制。為確定Δ_m的合理設(shè)置范圍,研究了不同試品電容、不同回路電感下Δ_m設(shè)置值對(duì)過(guò)沖率、波前時(shí)間的影響。結(jié)果表明,Δ_m取值為0.9~1時(shí),能夠保證波形過(guò)沖率不超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的10%。
[Abstract]:The DC cable in the lightning shock test is a large capacitance test. The influence of inductance on the shock wave shape can not be ignored in the test loop. The improper setting of the resistance parameters of the impulse voltage generator will lead to the waveform overshoot and oscillation. In this paper, an optimal model based waveform parameter control method for lightning impulse voltage test is proposed. First, the experimental circuit is theoretically deduced, and the relationship between wavefront time and overshoot ratio is analyzed. On this basis, a variable 螖 _ m which can be used to characterize the waveform overshoot rate is introduced. Secondly, the minimum wavefront time is taken as the objective function. Through limiting the value of 螖 _ m, the waveform overshoot rate is constrained, and the resistance parameter optimization model is established. Finally, different 螖 _ m is set up to solve the model, and the validity of the model is verified by simulation and practical experiments. The results show that with the increase of 螖 _ m, the overshoot rate increases and the wavefront time decreases. The optimized model can effectively control the waveform parameters. In order to determine the reasonable setting range of 螖 _ m, the effects of the values of 螖 _ m on overshoot rate and wave front time under different capacitance and different loop inductance were studied. The results show that when 螖 _ m is taken from 0.9 ~ 1, the waveform overshoot rate can be guaranteed to not exceed the 10 ~ (th) specified in the standard.
