適用于梯形法MMC等效模型的線性排序均壓算法
[Abstract]:Modular multilevel converter (modular multilevel converter,MMC) has played an important role in DC networks and new energy sources. With the increasing number of converters and the number of MMC neutron modules (submodule,SM), the complexity of the MMC sorting equalization algorithm will be greatly increased when the existing MMC equivalent model is used to simulate the multiterminal DC network composed of a large number of super-high MMC. As a result, the efficiency of simulation is still low, and the time of simulation is obviously increased. Based on the MMC equivalent model of switching devices with infinite turn-off resistance and using trapezoidal integration method to discretize the capacitance, a linear sorting algorithm is proposed. The maximum time complexity of this sorting algorithm is 2N-3, which can effectively reduce the amount of sorting operation. It is proved by theory that the applicable range of this sorting algorithm is extended to the equivalent MMC model in which the switch off resistance is the actual resistance, and the model can be used to simulate the internal faults of the sub-module. Although the linear sorting algorithm is proposed under the condition that the capacitance capacity of each submodule of MMC is equal, the simulation results show that the capacitance capacity of the sub-module is normally distributed within a reasonable range. The MMC equivalent model using linear sorting algorithm can still show excellent simulation characteristics under steady and transient conditions.
