CVT耦合電容器殘余電感形成機(jī)理分析及降低方法研究

【摘要】:耦合電容器在電力系統(tǒng)高頻保護(hù)、電壓測(cè)量以及過(guò)電壓抑制中起著重要作用。但受構(gòu)成元件及制造工藝所限,其不可避免地存在殘余電感,進(jìn)而影響到其高頻性能。本文研究了殘余電感的形成機(jī)理,設(shè)計(jì)了三種具有不同引線片結(jié)構(gòu)的耦合電容器,利用阻抗分析儀對(duì)其殘余電感進(jìn)行測(cè)量和對(duì)比分析。分析與測(cè)量結(jié)果表明:引線片是耦合電容器殘余電感的重要組成部分,殘余電感的大小與引線片尺寸密切相關(guān),引線片越寬、殘余電感越小。研究結(jié)果可用于改進(jìn)耦合電容器的設(shè)計(jì)以提高其高頻性能。
[Abstract]:Coupling capacitors play an important role in power system high frequency protection, voltage measurement and overvoltage suppression. However, due to the limitation of components and manufacturing process, the residual inductance inevitably exists, thus affecting its high frequency performance. In this paper, the formation mechanism of residual inductance is studied, and three kinds of coupling capacitors with different lead structure are designed. The residual inductance is measured and compared by impedance analyzer. The results of analysis and measurement show that the lead plate is an important part of the residual inductance of the coupling capacitor. The size of the residual inductor is closely related to the size of the lead piece. The wider the lead piece, the smaller the residual inductance. The results can be used to improve the design of coupling capacitors to improve their high frequency performance.
