多冗余直驅(qū)輪轂電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及其控制系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:With the increase of global environmental pollution and resource depletion, it has become a solution to replace internal combustion engine cars with new energy vehicles. China is the largest country in automobile production and consumption. The research and promotion of electric vehicle related technology have become the focus of automobile industry competition. In this paper, a new type of permanent magnet brushless motor with multi-redundant direct-drive wheel hub based on sub-motor is designed, and its electromagnetic design and fault-tolerant drive control strategy are studied. This paper is divided into two parts: motor design and motor control system modeling analysis and experimental verification. In this paper, a new type of direct-drive hub permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sub-motor is designed. The stator of the motor uses special winding arrangement to form four sets of three-phase windings, sharing the same rotor, and forming four sub-motors on the circumference of air gap. The control system can realize the independent control of each submotor. In this paper, an electromagnetic scheme of fault-tolerant motor is designed, which is suitable for high speed, constant speed and low speed starting respectively. By optimizing the parameters, a hybrid fault-tolerant motor is designed, which adapts to two working modes at the same time. The simulation model based on Ansoft and Matlab is established. The magnetic field distribution and steady operation performance in low and high speed region of the hybrid motor are simulated. The simulation results show that both the low speed and high speed working areas have high running efficiency and good fault-tolerant performance. In addition, based on a square wave driven permanent magnet brushless motor prototype with four submotors, the performance of the motor under normal operation conditions and several fault modes is simulated. A fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme based on current compensation is proposed. The hardware platform of double closed loop control system based on dsPIC is built, and the load performance of motor under normal condition is measured. And the current detection and compensation function of the control system under the fault condition. The experimental results show that the proposed multi-redundant motor structure based on submotor has good fault-tolerant performance.
