【摘要】：本文將對(duì)脫硫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行以下幾個(gè)方面的分析:一、脫硫系統(tǒng)的分類(lèi)與各自的控制技術(shù);二:加裝預(yù)洗塔技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn);三:脫硫補(bǔ)充石灰石漿液的自動(dòng)化。其中預(yù)洗塔的加裝與石灰石漿液的自動(dòng)補(bǔ)充都是近年新增加的項(xiàng)目。這一技術(shù)在運(yùn)行成本和環(huán)保方面都有很大的貢獻(xiàn)。此技術(shù)不僅提高了脫硫效率,而且面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)重的環(huán)保問(wèn)題也是功不可沒(méi)。對(duì)設(shè)備的保護(hù)作用也是顯而易見(jiàn)的。希望能通過(guò)這篇論文,可以為火電廠(chǎng)在脫硫系統(tǒng)控制方面,提供更合理,更廣闊的改進(jìn)思路。通過(guò)優(yōu)化設(shè)備運(yùn)行,在設(shè)備管理和環(huán)保管理上,真正能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)精細(xì)化、準(zhǔn)確化、效益最大化的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the following aspects of the desulfurization system will be analyzed: first, the classification of the desulfurization system and their respective control technologies; second, the advantages of adding pre-washing tower technology; and third, the automation of desulphurization supplementary limestone slurry. The addition of pre-washing tower and the automatic supplement of limestone slurry are newly added items in recent years. This technology has a great contribution in terms of operating costs and environmental protection. This technology not only improves desulphurization efficiency, but also contributes to the increasingly serious environmental problems. The protective effect on the equipment is also obvious. It is hoped that this paper can provide a more reasonable and broad way of improvement for the control of desulfurization system in thermal power plants. By optimizing the operation of equipment, the goal of refinement, accuracy and maximum benefit can be realized in equipment management and environmental protection management.
