煙氣溫濕度對(duì)電除塵脫除細(xì)顆粒的影響

【摘要】:采用搭建的350 m~3/h燃煤熱態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),測(cè)量電除塵出口不同粒徑細(xì)顆物脫除效率,考察噴霧降溫對(duì)電除塵放電特性、煙氣酸露點(diǎn)、粉塵比電阻及除塵效率的影響.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)煙氣溫度由130℃降低到90℃,相對(duì)濕度由6%提高到12%時(shí),電除塵擊穿電壓升高,粉塵比電阻降低;同時(shí)煙氣酸露點(diǎn)溫度隨著相對(duì)濕度增加而提高;電除塵質(zhì)量脫除效率變化不明顯,但在0.1~1.0μm區(qū)間的顆粒數(shù)量脫除效率可提高10%;根據(jù)低低溫電除塵運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)可知,噴水降溫到煙氣酸露點(diǎn)以下,合理控制煙氣灰硫比可避免產(chǎn)生煙道腐蝕.
