電工鋼片旋轉(zhuǎn)損耗特性分析與損耗模型修正

【摘要】:高效、超高效電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵是降低各項(xiàng)損耗。然而,無論是使用高質(zhì)量的電工鋼材料還是改進(jìn)電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)降低鐵耗都離不開對(duì)電工鋼材料復(fù)雜磁特性的準(zhǔn)確把握。為深入研究實(shí)際工況下電工鋼片損耗特性,利用先進(jìn)的電工鋼片旋轉(zhuǎn)磁特性測(cè)量裝置,研究了無取向電工鋼片單位鐵損特性及其與磁化方式、磁化軌跡的關(guān)系。從提高旋轉(zhuǎn)損耗計(jì)算精度和工程實(shí)用性角度,提出了修正的橢圓損耗計(jì)算模型和修正的正交分解損耗模型,驗(yàn)證了修正模型對(duì)近乎實(shí)際工況下鐵損計(jì)算的有效性。研究表明,修正的損耗計(jì)算模型降低了實(shí)施矢量磁滯模型與有限元耦合計(jì)算旋轉(zhuǎn)鐵耗的復(fù)雜程度,滿足了工程精度要求。由于修正模型的系數(shù)充分?jǐn)M合了旋轉(zhuǎn)特性測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),所以降低了模型應(yīng)用過程中對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁特性測(cè)量裝置的依賴,提高了模型的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:The key to the design of high-efficiency and super-efficient motor is to reduce the loss. However, the use of high quality electrical steel materials or the improvement of motor structure to reduce iron loss are inseparable from the accurate grasp of the complex magnetic properties of electrical steel materials. In order to study the loss characteristics of electrical steel sheet under actual working conditions, the characteristics of unit iron loss of non-oriented electric steel sheet and its relationship with magnetization mode and magnetization track are studied by using advanced rotating magnetic characteristics measuring device of electric steel sheet. A modified elliptical loss model and a modified orthogonal decomposition loss model are proposed in order to improve the accuracy of rotary loss calculation and the engineering practicability. The validity of the modified model for the calculation of iron loss under near actual working conditions is verified. The results show that the modified loss calculation model reduces the complexity of applying the vector hysteresis model and the finite element coupling to calculate the rotary iron loss, and meets the requirement of engineering precision. Because the coefficients of the modified model fully fit the measured data of the rotational characteristics, the dependence of the model on the rotating magnetic characteristic measurement device is reduced, and the practicability of the model is improved.
