計(jì)及安全約束的虛擬電廠兩層優(yōu)化調(diào)度
[Abstract]:With the increasing proportion of distributed power supply connecting to the power grid, the randomness and intermittency of the power supply are threatening the safe and stable operation of the power system. The virtual power plant (VPP) provides a new way to solve the problem effectively. The generation and price of renewable energy such as wind power are uncertain. How to improve the schedulability of VPP in uncertain environment has become a hot research topic. In view of the characteristics of high precision and regular error distribution of electricity price, the stochastic programming method is used to deal with the uncertainty of electricity price. For the output of renewable energy such as wind power, the prediction error is usually difficult to describe accurately by probability distribution. Based on the robust optimization method, the upper economic scheduling model of VPP optimal scheduling is established. Further considering the security constraints of the power network, the lower layer security dispatching model of VPP optimal dispatching is established, and finally the VPP two-layer optimal scheduling model is formed. The feasibility and validity of the proposed model are verified by the example analysis of the improved IEEE 33 node system and the VPP composed of wind farm, pumped storage power station and gas turbine.
