【摘要】：市場(chǎng)上的封裝電池是由幾個(gè)具有相同特性的電池單元串聯(lián)而構(gòu)成的,因此蓄電池充電器只能對(duì)封裝電池整體進(jìn)行控制,無法避免內(nèi)部單元的過充電,從而降低了蓄電池使用壽命。提出一個(gè)對(duì)電池最小單元進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化控制的充放電控制拓?fù)?并進(jìn)行軟開關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和整合,對(duì)變脈寬脈沖充電方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種簡(jiǎn)單有效的正負(fù)脈沖充電方法,可有效消除充電過程中的極化現(xiàn)象,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速充電的同時(shí)提高了電池壽命。此外,對(duì)提出的拓?fù)浜统潆姴呗栽O(shè)計(jì)了便捷可行的均衡方案。最后制作實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),驗(yàn)證了拓?fù)涞膶?shí)用性、控制的有效性以及整體方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:The packaging battery in the market is made up of several battery units with the same characteristics in series, so the battery charger can only control the package battery as a whole and can not avoid overcharging of the internal unit. Thus, the service life of battery is reduced. A charge-discharge control topology with optimal control for the minimum cell of the battery is proposed, and the parameters of soft switch are designed and integrated. The method of pulse charging with variable pulse width is improved, and a simple and effective positive and negative pulse charging method is designed. It can effectively eliminate the polarization phenomenon in charging process, realize fast charging and improve battery life. In addition, a convenient and feasible equalization scheme is designed for the proposed topology and charging strategy. Finally, an experimental prototype is made to verify the practicability of topology, the effectiveness of control and the feasibility of the overall scheme.
