基于渦流斥力原理的低壓控制與保護(hù)電器研究
[Abstract]:It is an important development direction of low voltage switchgear to develop a kind of AC control and protection apparatus with simple structure and excellent short circuit breaking ability. In this paper, a new low voltage control and protection technique is proposed, in which the electromagnetic actuator of the conventional low voltage AC contactor is replaced by a double coil disk vortex repulsion mechanism. It can realize the opening and closing control of low voltage electrical apparatus, the early detection of short circuit and the fault protection of fast breaking. Firstly, the improved artificial life algorithm is used to optimize the repulsive disk thickness, coil diameter and turn number of the double-coil repulsion mechanism, and the optimized parameters for quick break up of the mechanism are obtained. Secondly, the prototype is designed according to the optimized parameters and its dynamic characteristics are tested to verify the good dynamic characteristics of the prototype mechanism. Finally, a new type of control and protection apparatus prototype is applied to the low-voltage distribution short-circuit fault experimental system. The results show that the proposed low-voltage control and protection technology can effectively reduce and break the short-circuit fault current, and provide a new idea for the integration of low-voltage control and protection.
