智能變電站二次設(shè)備運(yùn)維關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)用推廣,智能變電站運(yùn)行水平邁向了更高的層次。在智能變電站中,二次回路由硬接線方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樘摶芈贩绞?以過程層信息共享方式解決了原有二次回路的很多問題。然而,當(dāng)前智能變電站實(shí)踐主要聚集在新型裝置和統(tǒng)一報(bào)文規(guī)范的技術(shù)研究,而針對涉及新型模式下的智能變電站運(yùn)維模式的影響以及全過程的管控方案研究不足,以致目前的智能變電站無法從根本上帶給變電站的運(yùn)維、安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)方面實(shí)在的變化,這就是約束當(dāng)前智能變電站只是處于“試點(diǎn)”環(huán)節(jié)的根本問題。針對智能變電站取消硬電纜回路的特點(diǎn),本文對二次虛回路狀態(tài)監(jiān)測、SCD文件管控等二次設(shè)備運(yùn)維關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入的探討和研究。本文首先分析了國內(nèi)外智能變電站運(yùn)維的現(xiàn)狀,指出了目前變電站的運(yùn)維模式存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法以及研究的意義。然后闡述了智能變電站的基本結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)智能變電站的架構(gòu)和功能特點(diǎn)分析了二次設(shè)備運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)體系。通過對二次虛鏈路組網(wǎng)形式、可視化監(jiān)視以及二次回路的物理鏈路拓?fù)浜吞搶?shí)鏈路的映射關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,利用二次設(shè)備虛實(shí)回路建模和拓?fù)渥R(shí)別的方法,給二次虛回路狀態(tài)監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。接著在SCD文件記錄的與智能變電站安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行相關(guān)的大量關(guān)鍵信息(包括變電站一次設(shè)備模型與電氣拓?fù)湫畔、功能視圖、通信視圖、產(chǎn)品視圖、數(shù)據(jù)流等)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)智能變電站二次虛回路集成配置的SCD文件管控方法,結(jié)合實(shí)際的模型展開了一定的應(yīng)用分析。最后,通過現(xiàn)場變電站配置文件對二次設(shè)備虛回路狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和SCD文件管控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試,測試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)智能變電站通信配置過程的可視化。
[Abstract]:With the application of IEC61850 standard, the operation level of intelligent substation moves to a higher level. In intelligent substation, the secondary circuit is changed from hard wiring mode to virtual circuit mode, and many problems of the original secondary circuit are solved by process layer information sharing. However, the current practice of intelligent substation is mainly focused on the technical research of new devices and unified message specification. However, there is a lack of research on the influence of the operation and maintenance mode of intelligent substation under the new mode and the control scheme of the whole process. As a result, the current intelligent substation can not fundamentally bring substation operation and maintenance, safety and economic aspects of the real changes, this is the restriction of the current intelligent substation is only in the "pilot" link of the fundamental problem. In view of the characteristics of canceling hard cable loop in intelligent substation, the key techniques of secondary equipment operation and maintenance, such as secondary virtual loop state monitoring and SCD file control, are deeply discussed and studied in this paper. This paper first analyzes the present situation of intelligent substation operation and maintenance at home and abroad, and points out the problems existing in the operation and maintenance mode of substation at present. On this basis, the main contents and methods of this research and the significance of the research are put forward. Then the basic structure of intelligent substation is expounded, and the system of secondary equipment operation and maintenance is analyzed according to the structure and function of intelligent substation. Based on the study of the network form of the secondary virtual link, the visual monitoring and the mapping relationship between the physical link topology and the virtual link of the secondary loop, the method of modeling and topology identification of the virtual and real circuit of the secondary equipment is used. It provides the data basis for the design of the secondary virtual loop state monitoring system. Then, on the basis of a large number of key information (including substation primary equipment model and electrical topology information, function view, communication view, product view, data flow, etc.) recorded in the SCD file, which are related to the safe and stable operation of the intelligent substation, and so on. According to the SCD file control method of intelligent substation secondary virtual loop integrated configuration, the application analysis is carried out in combination with the actual model. Finally, the virtual loop state monitoring and SCD file control system of secondary equipment is tested by the substation configuration file in the field. The test results show that the system can realize the visualization of communication configuration process in intelligent substation.
