取向硅鋼片對(duì)近極槽永磁力矩電機(jī)性能影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)防、軍工、航空航天、汽車等行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品不斷呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的形態(tài),其對(duì)加工設(shè)備尤其是其中的驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的要求也越來(lái)越高。而飽和是設(shè)計(jì)高性能電機(jī)時(shí)所遇到的主要問題,提高電機(jī)的飽和工作點(diǎn),以及電機(jī)在發(fā)生飽和時(shí)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算電機(jī)的性能參數(shù)意義重大,本課題是在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“取向硅鋼片近極槽永磁力矩電機(jī)磁場(chǎng)特性與轉(zhuǎn)矩性能的研究”(5160070739)的支撐下進(jìn)行的。首先,對(duì)有取向硅鋼片作為電機(jī)定子的可行性進(jìn)行了分析。然后根據(jù)近極槽永磁力矩電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)一款有取向硅鋼片定子結(jié)構(gòu)的近極槽永磁力矩電機(jī)。并對(duì)其進(jìn)行電磁場(chǎng)有限元分析,與相同拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的采用常規(guī)無(wú)取向硅鋼片定子結(jié)構(gòu)的電機(jī)的電磁場(chǎng)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。分別對(duì)兩電機(jī)的空載磁場(chǎng)、空載氣隙磁密、空載反電動(dòng)勢(shì),及負(fù)載磁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析。其次,在相同拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)下分析兩電機(jī)的電流-轉(zhuǎn)矩線性度曲線。在考慮負(fù)載時(shí)定子磁導(dǎo)率的情況下研究?jī)呻姍C(jī)的“齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩”,由于電機(jī)在負(fù)載運(yùn)行時(shí)由于定子齒部局部飽和現(xiàn)象引起整個(gè)定子磁路分布不再對(duì)稱,因此在考慮負(fù)載時(shí)定子磁導(dǎo)率所計(jì)算的“齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩”和常規(guī)計(jì)算所得的結(jié)果不同。并對(duì)兩電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩及轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究。最后從極弧系數(shù)、定子齒寬等角度對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后,根據(jù)磁路歐姆定律,永磁體在氣隙中產(chǎn)生的磁鏈會(huì)隨著電機(jī)飽和程度的不同而發(fā)生變化,采用凍結(jié)磁導(dǎo)率法研究負(fù)載運(yùn)行時(shí)兩電機(jī)的磁鏈,并與常規(guī)方法所得的磁鏈進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過研究磁鏈來(lái)研究電機(jī)的飽和狀態(tài)。并根據(jù)電機(jī)飽和與電感參數(shù)的相關(guān)性,研究?jī)呻姍C(jī)電感與電流的非線性關(guān)系。通過對(duì)比兩電機(jī)在空載、額定負(fù)載及三倍額定負(fù)載下電機(jī)的電感參數(shù),研究?jī)呻姍C(jī)的飽和特性。
[Abstract]:With the development of national defense, military industry, aerospace, automobile and other industries, the products of the industry are becoming more and more complex, and the requirements of the processing equipment, especially the driving motor, are becoming higher and higher. Saturation is the main problem in designing high performance motor. It is of great significance to improve the saturation point of motor and calculate the performance parameters of motor accurately when saturation occurs. This subject is carried out under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "the study of magnetic field characteristics and torque performance of oriented silicon steel subpolar groove permanent magnet torque motor" (5160070739). Firstly, the feasibility of using oriented silicon steel as motor stator is analyzed. Then according to the structure characteristics of the near pole groove permanent magnet torque motor, a near pole groove permanent magnet torque motor with the stator structure of oriented silicon steel sheet is designed. The finite element analysis of electromagnetic field is carried out, and the results of electromagnetic field analysis of the motor with the same topology are compared with that of the motor with conventional non-oriented silicon steel stator structure. The no-load magnetic field, no-load air-gap magnetic density, no-load backEMF and load magnetic field of the two motors are analyzed respectively. Secondly, the current-torque linearity curves of the two motors are analyzed under the same topology. The "slot torque" of the two motors is studied when the stator permeability is taken into account. The distribution of the whole stator magnetic circuit is no longer symmetrical due to the local saturation of the stator teeth when the motor is running under the load. Therefore, when the load is considered, the "slot torque" calculated by the stator permeability is different from that obtained by the conventional calculation. The torque and torque ripple of two motors are studied. Finally, the motor is optimized from the angle of pole arc coefficient and stator tooth width. Finally, according to the Ohm law of magnetic circuit, the flux produced by permanent magnet in air gap will change with the saturation degree of motor. Compared with the conventional method, the saturation state of the motor is studied by studying the flux chain. The nonlinear relationship between inductance and current of two motors is studied according to the correlation between saturation and inductance parameters. The saturation characteristics of the two motors were studied by comparing the inductance parameters of the two motors under no-load, rated load and triple rated load.
