基于IEC61508標準電站鍋爐MFT的功能安全評估

【摘要】:針對國內某1000 MW超超臨界二次再熱機組FSSS系統(tǒng)的核心功能MFT進行了研究,參照IEC61508標準中的理論,對MFT中爐膛風量小于25%觸發(fā)這一子安全功能進行了功能安全分析。利用保護層分析的方法完成對爐膛內爆和外爆2種危險的保護層分析,并依據(jù)IEC61508標準中的定量計算SIL等級的方法,結合OREDA數(shù)據(jù)庫中相關數(shù)據(jù)及我國電力公司統(tǒng)計調研的結果,使用風險圖法定性確定電站鍋爐FSSS系統(tǒng)的目標安全完整性等級。通過對爐膛風量小于25%的故障樹建模,結合EXIDA數(shù)據(jù)庫中相關數(shù)據(jù)定量計算實現(xiàn)該安全功能的安全相關系統(tǒng)的安全完整性等級(SIL),并對執(zhí)行機構失效率過高進而影響了系統(tǒng)的整體安全完整性等級的問題給出了修改方案。
[Abstract]:The core function MFT of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical secondary reheat unit FSSS system is studied in this paper. According to the theory of IEC61508 standard, the function safety analysis of the sub-safety function of furnace air volume less than 25% trigger in MFT is carried out. The method of protective layer analysis is used to analyze the two kinds of dangerous protective layer of furnace implosion and external explosion. According to the method of quantitative calculation of SIL grade in IEC61508 standard, combined with the relevant data in OREDA database and the result of statistical investigation of power company in our country, The objective safety integrity level of utility boiler FSSS system is determined qualitatively by using risk diagram method. By modeling the fault tree with less than 25% air flow in the furnace, Based on the quantitative calculation of the security integrity level (SIL),) of the security-related system with the relevant data in the EXIDA database, a modified scheme is proposed to solve the problem that the failure rate of the actuator is too high, which affects the overall security integrity level of the system.
