西海500kV變電站工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),電力行業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的重點(diǎn),直接影響到社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與居民生活質(zhì)量。近年來(lái),伴隨著高速發(fā)展的電網(wǎng)建設(shè),新建變電站工程項(xiàng)目越來(lái)越多。對(duì)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理進(jìn)行研究也逐漸成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目管理研究成果的引進(jìn)、消化與分析,不少企業(yè)已經(jīng)建立了具有企業(yè)自身特色的項(xiàng)目管理體系,但是總的來(lái)說(shuō),與國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平還存在一定差異,還不能完全滿足工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量等方面的要求。如何根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的目標(biāo),按照計(jì)劃工期,充分利用資源,保證成本最小的前提下盡快的完成項(xiàng)目成為研究重點(diǎn)?紤]到變電站工程具有規(guī)模龐大、組織結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、投資高、影響因素眾多等特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)變電站工程項(xiàng)目合理的進(jìn)度優(yōu)化顯得尤為重要。本文在閱讀大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,了解了有關(guān)變電站工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理基本理論的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理與歸納。針對(duì)西海500kV變電站工程項(xiàng)目,首先運(yùn)用WBS對(duì)該工程的項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)進(jìn)行分解,在對(duì)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)關(guān)系和活動(dòng)時(shí)間估計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,繪制西海500kV變電站工程項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖和甘特圖,并且估算西海500KV變電站的項(xiàng)目工期。然后,結(jié)合西海500kV變電站工程項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),建立了進(jìn)度優(yōu)化模型,提出基于自適應(yīng)步長(zhǎng)的布谷鳥(niǎo)優(yōu)化算法對(duì)其進(jìn)行進(jìn)度優(yōu)化。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)基于自適應(yīng)步長(zhǎng)的布谷鳥(niǎo)優(yōu)化算法對(duì)西海500kV變電站工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度優(yōu)化,可以縮短工期33天,節(jié)約成本156585元,收斂速度快,波動(dòng)性小。因此布谷鳥(niǎo)優(yōu)化算法在解決變電站工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度優(yōu)化問(wèn)題時(shí)具有更高的有效性與適用性,為變電站工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的解決開(kāi)拓了新的思路。
[Abstract]:As the basic industry of the national economy, the electric power industry is the focal point in the economic development strategy of our country, which directly affects the social stability and the quality of life of the residents. In recent years, with the rapid development of power grid construction, more and more new substation projects. Through the introduction, digestion and analysis of the outstanding project management research results, many enterprises have established the project management system with their own characteristics. But in general, there are still some differences with foreign advanced level, which can not fully meet the project schedule, cost, quality and other requirements. How to make full use of the resources according to the pre-set target, according to the planned time limit and ensure the minimum cost to complete the project as soon as possible has become the focus of the research. Considering the large scale, complex organizational structure, high investment and numerous influencing factors, it is very important to optimize the reasonable schedule of substation project. On the basis of reading a large number of literatures at home and abroad, this paper studies the status quo of substation project schedule optimization and the relevant theories of project schedule optimization. By studying the basic theory of project schedule management, the related methods of project schedule control are systematically summarized. Aiming at the Xihai 500kV substation project, the project activities of the project are decomposed by WBS, and the network plan and Gantt diagram of Xihai 500kV substation project are drawn on the basis of estimating the activity relationship and time. And estimate the project duration of Xihai 500 KV substation. Then, according to the characteristics of Xihai 500kV substation project, the schedule optimization model is established, and the cuckoo optimization algorithm based on adaptive step size is proposed to optimize the progress of the project. The research results show that the schedule optimization of Xihai 500kV substation project based on adaptive step size Cuckoo optimization algorithm can shorten the project duration by 33 days, save the cost of 156585 yuan, fast convergence speed and low volatility. Therefore, the Cuckoo optimization algorithm is more effective and applicable in solving the optimization problem of substation project schedule, which opens up a new idea for the solution of substation project schedule optimization problem.
