基于高精度電感法的無刷直流電機起動及反電動勢同步檢測穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:提出了一種基于電感法的高精度定位方案,在不增加定位電流脈沖數(shù)量的基礎上將定位精度由原先的60°電角度提高至30°電角度,并消除了電機因工藝問題導致的相繞組參數(shù)不一致對檢測的影響。設計了一種新穎的切換算法,可在極短時間內(nèi)穩(wěn)定可靠地切換到閉環(huán)。討論了反電動勢的同步檢測方案,通過理論分析和仿真對比了PWM導通和PWM關斷時刻檢測反電動勢過零信號方法的區(qū)別,并對干擾因素提出了補償方案。樣機實驗驗證了所提方案的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:A high precision positioning scheme based on inductance method is proposed. The positioning accuracy is improved from 60 擄electric angle to 30 擄electric angle without increasing the number of current pulses. The influence of the phase winding parameter inconsistency caused by the process problem on the detection is eliminated. A novel switching algorithm is designed, which can switch to the closed loop stably and reliably in a very short time. The synchronous detection scheme of backEMF is discussed in this paper. The difference between PWM conduction and PWM turn-off time detection method for zero-crossing signal of backEMF is compared by theoretical analysis and simulation, and the compensation scheme for interference factors is put forward. The stability and reliability of the proposed scheme are verified by the prototype experiment.
