中節(jié)能晉州電廠燃料管理應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)革命開始至今,人類對(duì)于能源的需求日益增長,但是,作為全球主要的化石燃料在人類瘋狂的開采之后迅速減少。因此,新的替代能源的開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為世界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。生物質(zhì)能作為一種可再生能源,不但用之不盡,而且也是唯一一種可再生碳源。它被視為繼石油、煤炭、天然氣之后的第四大能源。將生物質(zhì)能應(yīng)用于發(fā)電領(lǐng)域,可以極大的緩解煤炭資源迅速減少帶來的危機(jī),又可以避免核能發(fā)電造成的環(huán)境污染。利用生物質(zhì)能發(fā)電,生物質(zhì)燃料作為根本和關(guān)鍵因素,是企業(yè)發(fā)展的保障。因此,如何進(jìn)行生物質(zhì)燃料的管理對(duì)于發(fā)電企業(yè)尤為關(guān)鍵。本文結(jié)合中節(jié)能晉州電廠的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,總結(jié)了晉州電廠的可使用燃料主要品種,并對(duì)燃料成分進(jìn)行了分析,分析了燃料收儲(chǔ)品種、數(shù)量及成本。討論了晉州電廠燃料供給量、燃料質(zhì)量、燃料運(yùn)輸、燃料存儲(chǔ)等生物質(zhì)燃料管理方面存在的問題,提出了晉州電廠生物質(zhì)燃料管理方案及不同燃料燃燒方案,并對(duì)燃燒設(shè)備進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)改造,將黃桿爐逐步改造為混合燃燒爐。通過燃料采購方式、燃料存儲(chǔ)方式與數(shù)量、合理調(diào)整燃燒方式等燃料管理方案的實(shí)施,對(duì)燃料收購價(jià)格、發(fā)電量和發(fā)電秸桿耗、燃燒方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比,表明合理的燃料管理方案,既可以保證燃料成本的穩(wěn)定,也可以保證發(fā)電成本的穩(wěn)定。通過分析燃料數(shù)據(jù),與自身設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行燃料管理方面的改進(jìn)。從燃料品種、燃料質(zhì)量、燃料儲(chǔ)存、燃料燃燒四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了燃燒效率升高、燃料成本降低的目標(biāo)。本文在燃料管理方案設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施的過程中,充分的結(jié)合實(shí)際,制定出適合晉州電廠的一套燃料管理模式,論文的研究成果對(duì)生物質(zhì)電廠燃料管理有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the industrial revolution, the demand for energy has been increasing. However, the main fossil fuels in the world have been rapidly reduced after the crazy exploitation of human beings. Therefore, the development of new alternative energy has become the focus of attention in the world. As a renewable energy, biomass energy is not only inexhaustible, but also the only renewable carbon source. It is considered the fourth largest energy source after oil, coal and natural gas. The application of biomass energy in the field of power generation can greatly alleviate the crisis caused by the rapid reduction of coal resources and avoid the environmental pollution caused by nuclear power generation. Biomass fuel is the fundamental and key factor to generate electricity by biomass energy, which is the guarantee of enterprise development. Therefore, how to manage biomass fuel is particularly critical for power generation enterprises. In this paper, the main kinds of available fuels in Jinzhou Power Plant are summarized through market investigation, and the fuel composition is analyzed, and the variety, quantity and cost of fuel collection and storage are analyzed. The problems in biomass fuel management such as fuel supply, fuel quality, fuel transportation and fuel storage in Jinzhou Power Plant are discussed. The biomass fuel management scheme and different fuel combustion schemes in Jinzhou Power Plant are put forward. The combustion equipment has been revamped, and the yellow rod furnace has been transformed into a mixed combustion furnace step by step. Through fuel purchase, fuel storage and quantity, reasonable adjustment of fuel management methods and so on, the fuel purchase price, power generation, power generation straw consumption, combustion plan are compared, which shows that the reasonable fuel management plan, It can not only guarantee the stability of fuel cost, but also ensure the stability of power generation cost. By analyzing the fuel data and combining with the characteristics of its own equipment, the improvement of fuel management is carried out. In this paper, fuel species, fuel quality, fuel storage and fuel combustion are studied to achieve the goal of increasing combustion efficiency and reducing fuel cost. In the course of the design and implementation of fuel management scheme, a set of fuel management model suitable for Jinzhou Power Plant has been developed. The research results of this paper have some reference significance for biomass power plant fuel management.
